    This is interesting and I'll have to give it a try. I fear my immaturity might have me giggling like the Pillsbury doughboy the 1st few times I do these belly poking exercises though. But anything that works at getting you feeling better is always a welcome addition to our lives. Over the past year, I've incorporated a routine of holding a few common yoga stretches for long durations, like 10+ minutes each. I can't believe how much better that has made me feel.

      Yes, any kind of movement meditation is amazing for our bodies! We are energy in a physical body, and it’s important to recognize this.
