I can attest to their customer service. I ordered a x300u-a while they were out of stock, but I needed the light asap. Unfortunately there was a bit of a delay, but surefire management tracked down the light, next day air shipped it to me and gave me a 30% discount because of the delay. Fantastic service to match a fantastic product!
So why did the 1000 lumen model not fit as tightly? Was it just that specific light happened to be a bot loose? Did the 600 lumen model you have fit tightly on the same gun?
I shimmed my light with a tiny piece of electrical tape. I put the tape on the back of the battery door so it would press against the trigger guard. No more rattle!
3 years later it's still my appendix carry light!
This guy gets it. Until you are out at dead night you don’t realize the need for a weapon mounted light. Jus get it

I have a Surefire X300V on my Zev Technology’s OZ-9. I love it because it has a IR night vision setting that works with my NODS.
stupid question but what is that tool he is using?
