I am an INDIAN living in Europe. People are really good here but you know what INDIAN hospitality is the best and I realized this when I left my country.
The thing is practises that you folks consider hospitality is called stupidity in real life. Because everyone in the world except for you people know that it's not wise to let anyone stay at your house who is a stranger that too an outlander. Who knows he could be having a criminal background. The best treatment in such scenario would be arranging a hotel room for the tourist from abroad or giving away some cash if he doesn't have any so that he can afford a rest room for the night.

In Australia I have a indian couple neighbours when I moved in I heard a knock on the door the wife had baked cookies as a welcome gift I was shocked I've never had anybody do that they are stand up people really like them 👍
as a kid i used to have a haitian neighbor right next to me and his wife would always have him bring over a bunch of bomb ass haitian food for me and my family (i ate most of that shit 💀)because i’d always mow his lawn for him whenever i mowed mine.

As someone who tbh always had a bad outlook on Indians because of only bad experience with scammers and the scam callers, I gotta say I was completely wrong! I’ve since started working with an Indian boss and met many other Indians personally through the job and everyone I’ve met has been extremely kind, giving, respectful, and just overall great people. I now enjoy seeing my repeat Indian customers come in and having a long talk with them. Indians are SOOOO smart too! You can learn A LOT from them if you just spark a conversation ! I’m now planning a trip to India to further explore the culture and meet more amazing people !
