When I was in the Philippines and buying a engagement ring, I was going to spend $7000 dollars. The jeweler talked me out of it saying it was totally overkill. I ended up spending $2500 and they still thought it was too much. It is a different world over there compared to the west.

Papa took me honme to North Carolina a few years ago to meet my American family in person. My female cousins were awful. Rude, disrespectul to their parents yelling and cussing them, and never done dishes or laundry. Their mother did it all. I was only 13 at the time. They were showing me this music artists I never heard of and chilling when they started asking me about sex. I was so shy when they ask if I'd let a boy touch me, had sipsip pene, and all these other innappropriate questions. Then my own cousin lean over and tried sticking tongue in my mouth. My buddy got his girlfriend pregnant right after they both graduated from high school and he only paid $500. 20 years later and she is perfectly happy just keeping that ring. I know this from experience. I've been tied up in ongoing court litigation (at her bequest) for over 8 years. So far that's been an accumulated legal cost of about $100,000.00 (some of which I'm still paying)! What's worse is that we were never married (I had to prove that in court in a common law state, as she claimed we were common law married) and she is an illegal alien here. You girls have no idea how evil it is here. I don't even want to discuss the lies about abuse that hamstringed me through much of that process. It makes me sick to my stomach to think about.

I’m about to go to the Philippines, buy a house, and find a wife. The thing that sold me is “filipinas are looking for a man that will stay with them” and that’s the key component to a relationship that western civilizations are missing. Once things get hard or uncomfortable the woman is quick to leave. Also, being able to purchase two properties on a years salary is incredible, it’ll allow the family to grow and have assets to pass down. Lastly, I hear the country is relatively safe.

I've been watching your videos for a while now and finally decided to leave a comment here. :)
I'm a 28 years old man from the west (switzerland), and while I cannot say that every woman here expect her future husband to be a millionaire, they still want them to be (very) good providers while doing nothing valuable for the man. We've established a cultural atmosphere here that will get you crucified as a man if you dare to say that you would like your future wife to cook for the family (or basically anything regarding traditional gender roles), so the man often has to bring a lot more to the table than the woman.
The last date I've had was also quite interesting. I've invited her to dinner (it was quite expensive even for swiss standards, around 120 dollars) in order to get to know her better and as soon as we received our meals she started to complain about the voting regarding our new retirement age law for women (AHV-Reform). Women now have to work until 65, like men, before they can retire (before they had to work until 64). The entire evening she was complaining about how unfair and sexist this is towards the women in our country, which was very ... demanding to listen to. They got preferential treatment before, now they are treated equally (even better in many ways) and they still complain?
I don't want to trashtalk swiss, or western women in general here - I've a few wonderful (swiss) female friends who are kind and considerate without these attitudes, but its really difficult to get to know them.
I've met many asian exchange students at university, from Japan mostly but also some other asian countries like China, India or Thailand, and they were always a breath of fresh air. They also care a lot about the social status of a man, his job and salary - I'd even argue that they care more about these things than swiss women, but(!) they are also grateful, don't take your kindness for granted and want to take care of you in a nurturing way. Of course I'm generalizing here, but I'd say a (very) strong tendency is clearly visible.
By the way, I've a friend from Bangkok who often complains about how badly the men there treat their women and how surprised she was when she came for a short trip to switzerland and how she was treated here by men. More of them should come here for a Boyfriend-shopping-trip, so that swiss men can go for them instead of their local women. 😂

I have no problem with cooking, I'm actually quite good at it, and I like it (as long as I'm not solely responsible for it), but it's totally true that women in the West often don't provide literally anything these days. That's the reason why I broke up my last relationship... I realized that I cannot count on her in almost anything, and I'd be better off alone, would have less worries, less responsibilities, less stress, more money, more free time, etc.
Also, tought-policing and word-policing seems very common nowadays, and it's horrible if you feel that you cannot express yourself the way you'd need to express yourself because if you happen use the 'wrong' word and forget to sugarcoat something then that becomes a big problem. I think in a real partnership one of the basic principles is that both parties must feel free to express themselves the way they need to express themselves in any given moment (obviously not including abusive behavior). Yes, men often have a more temperamental and more direct character, but it's not reasonable to expect us to live our live denying ourselves; that's total misery, and I think a large portion of men would (and do) simply just stay single instead.

I've decided that I'll go to Japan (and Thailand maybe too) the next year in order to improve my Japanese mostly (but also for the reason stated above ;)), as a Computer scientist its pretty easy to work remotely. Would be cool if I could find a suitable life partner I can take care of. :)
@@logikextremist8554 I'm originally from Hungary, currently living in Germany. In those countries (and in the other EU countries where I lived / that I know) it's also not typical for women to be as materialistic as shown in the video.
The main problem is that many have a massively inflated ego and self-evaluation, and for example completely average looking women think they deserve men who'd be considered top 1-2% of attractiveness. Also, it's very difficult to have an honest relationship with them, or even a honest discussion, because they have no tolerance for any sort of disagreement or negative feedback. Furthermore, another consequence of this massively inflated ego is that they very rarely put effort into any self-development, and it's extremely rare to find a woman who is actually good and well-versed in anything, which makes most of them incredibly boring to be around. You can't expect to learn anything from them, or to have an intelligent conversation about a non-superficial subject. What's even worse perhaps is that they're often also not open to learning from their partner even if their male partner is highly intelligent with a lot of life experience.
And to top it all off, they very rarely have any degree of appreciable integrity or decent private life history these days; it's more and more common for women to regularly sleep with random men. In fact I think their massively inflated ego at least partially originates from their experiences in modern dating apps; essentially they start to overappreciate themselves just because a lot of men would like to sleep with them. Which I'll never in my life understand, since I definitely wouldn't measure myself that way, and also I absolutely wouldn't want to sleep with random women, in fact I've declined a fair number of opportunities. And it saddens me that I can't expect similar integrity from women.
So, in my experience the problem is that they're often useless, uninteresting people who think a lot about themselves, with correspondingly overblown superficial expectations from their partner, without actually being able to provide any real value or comfort in a relationship. Of course we're generalizing here, so obviously this only holds as a generalization, and there are exceptions. But it doesn't feel like a good deal (nor a robust basis for a relationship) that it increasingly looks like I should consider myself extremely lucky even if I just meet someone who doesn't seem totally crazy and won't start to talk to me about open relationships or her history of foursomes...
@@logikextremist8554you should check out the Philippines. Especially that the women speak English, harder to find that in Thailand and Japan. And women in the Philippines, I believe are more open to foreigners than Japan.

Her goals were to become a millionaire by the time she was 50 she was seven years younger than I. she wanted me to make more money but also wanted me to spend more time with her and her child. We went on a trip just the two of us and I proposed with a very nice ring. She was so embarrassed to show people the engagement ring because it wasn’t a $12,000 ring. She wound up cheating on me during our engagement and ended our relationship. I am on a Filipina dating site. I have visited there 3 of the past 6 months and I am retiring there in October. Many of the city women there are starting to adopt the same mindset. Their profiles are all about what they expect the men to do for them and they offer nothing in return. Not the province women so far. This cultural change is coming to the Philippines as the younger generation copies the west. Same with Tats, etc.
Province woman seem to be the last women in the world worth marrying.

This is exactly why I will never waste my time with another western woman. I can cook pay bills and do all the house work so why would I want a woman that does nothing or brings nothing to the relationship? I've been with my Filipina since 2017 and we've been absolutely happy from day 1.
I'm about to divorce a Filipina from the Philippines in less than 1 year. Once she got married to me here in America, everything started changing. She felt like she was entitled to be treated like the typical rich American man pretend to offer to women from overseas. She had a friend marry a few months after her coming to America here. Once Filipina's get to America, they start thinking differently.
My Filipina wife is not that way. The key is simple. Never give a woman any reason to believe you will ever be her ATM. Keep money and love in separate places.

I married my wife in the Philippines and she was so graceful about it. She even told me she don’t care about expensive things, because all that matters is Me and her and our future kids. Western women are going to start looking like a desert at 2030 when they are single and alone twice as much as before and then play the blame game. They always use S.I.G.N(Shame, Insult, Guilt and the Need to be right) system.
