    I lived in the Jewish East End of London and the Kosher baker, Mr Rinkoff, ( ancestors from Kiev Ukraine) made something like Bialys , the middle was fluted with chopped onion and we called them Platzels or Platzelach. The business is still there

    Najgorsze co można zrobić przy piciu wódki/spirytusu to wypić tylko trochę z kieliszka ...

    The Esperanto Restaurant 22:41 opened in preparation for the World Conference of Esperanto Speakers in Bialystok a few years back in 2009. I was there among 1.500 Esperanto speakers and hundreds of local dignitaries and guest musicians. La Esperanto Restoracio 22:41 malfermigxis en preparo por la Universala (Monda) Kongreso de Esperanto en 2009. Mi estis tie inter 1.500 aliaj esperantistoj kaj centoj da lokaj eminentuloj kaj spektaklistoj-gastoj.

    Bialys were originally much larger. They were a Jewish bread so they were killed out after WWII, the american version being different texture and purpose.

    Of course you can fully automate the process of cheese making. There are tons of ways to measure consistency of the curd. Manual labor is for robots, humans are supposed to be designing shit and doing creative jobs.

    • @WolfKenneth
      @WolfKenneth 8 років тому +1

      With process of automation you get consistency but with hand made you'll get tiny variations, tiny changes with each batch that can't be made by computers. Taste, character, soul isn't in spotless perfection but in tiny imperfections made by hand or nature.

    Co ten Gorczyca opowiada? Pić wódkę nauczyli nas Niemcy i Ruscy. My od wieków piliśmy wyroby alkoholowe z miodu. Bimber pochodzi z Niemiec. Jedynie prawdą jest, że dużo pijemy piwa i wódki. W innych narodach też piją alkohol tak samo dużo jak Polacy.

      He said about real American home food, not the fast food shit, lad. Show some respect;) Native american cuisine, is not burgers and hot-dogs, but depends of the regions: great seafood variety - served in many ways, southern food with beef, a lot of corn and many types of beans, gumbo, and other french-styled stews with okra, and chicken. On the north-east you can find many polish, jewish, and british inspirations. It's same good as polish if you find good quality ingredients;)

      Your slim jims are basically polish kielbasas, your bbq is Caribbean, your chilli is mexican, bro, America is a baby compared to these countries.
