- IMPORTANT: I do not own this video content. All video content is owned exclusively by Goodman Family Ministries. I simply posted this video so that y'all could have the opportunity to see this touching video. I would like to extend a very special thank you to Goodman Family Ministries for making this video available so that folks like me and all of y'all could enjoy it!
Hey y'all, I think y'all will really enjoy this. This video depicts the entire concert of the very last concert tour that the Happy Goodmans ever did, The Final Stand, which was recorded in 2001. Now, it takes a lot to make me cry, and there are very few things that do make me cry. But I'm man enough to admit that I can't watch this video without crying. After all, this was the LAST concert tour that the Happy Goodmans EVER did. And the entire concert is full of emotion, too. If you watch, you'll notice that many people in the audience cry some, too. But there's something else that makes this concert very special, too----the entire Happy Goodman Family Band, who had played for the Happy Goodmans for decades, also reunited to play for this concert. All in all, The Final Stand is a beautiful and touching tribute to the Happy Goodmans. I hope all of y'all enjoy it! I can't wait to get to Heaven to see and hear the Heavenly Happy Goodmans!
Songs Featured in Part 2:

There must be great joy and dancing in heaven. The happy Goodmans reunited with one another and saw the Lord they loved and served. The songs you sang continue to bless us. Till we meet again.
Amen......Their music continues on to minister ....
..Glory to God....
The Happy Goodmans were FANTASTIC. They are definitely one of my favorite groups of all time. When Vestal sang, the angels joined.
SO VERY TRUE!! Every once in awhile I'll hear another Southern Gospel group with a lady singer I come in the middle of who sounds very similar? But, it never takes more than a couple seconds to know that it is not Vesta!!! (I've been listening and watching the Happy Goodman's since I first met them in person in 1967!!!)
AMEN AND AMEN TO
I was privileged to see the Goodman Family back in 1962, at a personal appearance in Wichita, Kansas. I've always loved their music.
I did not meet you on earth but i shall see you and know you in heaven. You were a great blessing to us.
A brother and sister and hopefully my father!
So reassuring that we will see them! I can't wait! My family is there too. Thank my mom to get us to church and become saved! She was a wonderful mother and I can't wait to see her and
Rusty Goodman was the most spiritual and Talented singer in gospel music!
I do not know what happened. This is not by me. What I wanted to say this trio is wonderfully made. I love them
What a blessing they were and still are..they set their sails and they are home.. Hallelujah all they have sang about and now are experiencing. How wonderful to know that, while we listen to them sing.

This singers constantly remind us that we are headed home. Home for the redeamed and saved. We are ready to go when that time comes. There will be great joy in heaven when we shall see our loved ones again. Yea, those who have gone before us.
I saw them in person in 1975 at Madisonville Kentucky.
Very tasteful licks on the steel.
What a blessing seeing the Goodmans at Modesto High School in 1970. Jack Smith spent much time perfecting the Steel with our friend Carl Robinson. ❤
Rest in peace with the lord. My angels. We will continue to play your beautiful songs. Lots of love to the family. God bless
I have set my sail and headed for home, and I thank God my ship is not empty. Even as God told Noah, come thou and all thy house into the Ark, God says unto us, come thou and all thy house into the Ark of safety in Jesus. Thank God my ship is sailing for Heaven, and it is not empty, My whole family is in it with me. I refuse to leave any of my family behind, in Jesus name. I pray for them all.
Amen sister.
