In a wonderful panoramic position in the beautiful landscape of the Majella National Park. A detached house with garden and land for sale, a few km from the town centre of the medieval hamlet of Caramanico Terme. The building is located in a very calm area, ideal for those who love the nature, peace and hiking activities, however, in a short amount of time it is possible to reach great restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, grocery shops, clothes shops besides essential services such as pharmacy, bank, post office and much more. The village of Caramanico Terme is easily reachable thanks to comfortable and wide streets both from the city of Pescara (with 40 minutes) as well as Rome (in a bit more than 2 hours).

Hi, Rino! I quite like this property! Probably the barrel vaulted ceilings in the living room would look great with the plaster removed. Having had the second bathroom added at some point on the ground floor is excellent, too. The land and views are wonderful, and the huge outside oven is FANTASTIC! I would love that!! Fully fenced and with an electric gate is great, too. Just needs some cosmetic work, and would be good to go! Thanks as always for a great, honest property visit!

Hi Rino - I have to be honest and say that the property doesn't do justice to the location. The price is a bit high to purchase it with a view to demolition and rebuild - in which case you are looking at a major remodelling and extension. The bedrooms are not as large as we often see in Italian houses either. So - to end on a positive note this house can be turned into something very nice if you have fallen in love with that view !
Hi Steve, nice to see you back! I sort of agree, the house needs some work but the video for me was one of the best so maybe it's worth it! Not sure it really need demolition, you're being too harsh here :D
