- This HollyLand Solidcom C1 wireless intercom system has been blowing the minds of every videographer that I show them to whether in TV Production, weddings, drone work, or Movies. I can easily see these becoming a new standard on many sets due to the budget friendliness compared to other companies. I have the set of 4 Headsets (Solidcom 4S) but you can get pack of 9 headsets and even extend up to 24 headsets with an Expansion Hub. The possibilities are endless!

Brilliant review dude, really wanting this set-up for my festival FPV drone shoots coming up this summer
Just got this kit. Just perfect for my use!!
These are dope af! When I get some, ill def go through your links bro! 🙏
Thanks, FILMTOPIA! Good to hear from you again. I didn't think I would like these as much as I do! Turns out... they are dope af and super useful.
I like seems to be great
I wish could send this audio to computer as well
sweet =)
Hi there thank you very much for a great review loved it!!! is there any audio alert when the battery is low? Or is there any way to check the battery status. Also when charging is there any indication to tell you that the battery is charged. I have no sight so if the headset would announce battery low or better still if there was a way you could check and it would announce like on my bluetooth headset. Thank you very much Joe
what a bout with the botton A and B?
Still desperately want a pair.
You'll have them on every wedding we shoot together...but I'mma have to ask you for them back afterwards. I need it!! Lol! 🤣
😄
@rayvalencia Can you paid the master as a remote if you have two masters?
can the masters also be a remote headset or do I have to purchase remotes to add to my kits
The Master works remotely, but keep in mind... Your distance between the other headsets depends on where your Master set is though. It's the Link between all devices so you want to keep your Master centrally located to your other headsets.
Thanks for the review!
How did you record the Audio from the Headsets?
Thanks Broken! I placed a Rode Wireless Go transmitter in the earpiece of one of the other headsets (that we weren't wearing).
@@RayValencia I figured as much, but just thought maybe it has some built-in functionality. Thanks for the information!
Great review! Quick question: how are you recording the audio coming out from the solidcom mic?
I put a Rode GO 2 transmitter in one of the headsets off camera.
👍
Can you use just the two headphones, or do you need the hub?
Yes, you can just use 2. That's usually how I use them.
actually is 64 headsets that can be used together with 8 HUB, i asked Hollyland
Wow! That's more than I imagined
Does the noise cancellation work ok when loud music plays?
Hey Chris. Yes, it works pretty well. Better than the alternative foam covers in the kit. It's not like a true noise cancelling headphone, which are super expensive, but the audio has adjustable volume and it's SUPER CLEAR in the ear piece, so you can still easily hear your other crew members.
Will these be viable for concerts?
Damn, Darwin. That's a great question. I guess it depends on how close you are to the sound system, but I will say that the headphone piece has very clear sound, like a phone conversation. The audio is adjustable on each headset too, but for a concert, think about it like your phone volume, but with an Ear Cup on it to block the sound a little better.
