It's so nice to know that your noble mission to help the needy has been such a grand success. May God be with the two of you. I hope you didn't miss this year's Durga Puja in Kolkata. It has recently been granted heritage status by the UNESCO. The roadside food in Kolkata is just amazing during Durga Puja
The unique part is that you are trying local and your trying anything. Most people who come, only try a few thing, but you try what Ever you can, which is awesome!
Good to see you guys are back! Hope you guys soon come back and cover other regions like Punjab, Rajasthan, Himachal, Kashmir and other that is not covered yet. You can try homemade food this time or may be Dhabas in punjab. They serve simple yet so flavourful dishes and different types of paranthas. Being a punjabi myself I can assure you you will love simple food. Soya chaap, paneer tikka, Amritsari fish fry, chicken snacks, kulche chole stuffed, chole bhature, kada prasand from gurudwara, Rajma chawal, Kadi chawal, Dal makhani- some of the famous dishes.
