- In today's video I'm taking you through a full 24 Hours with a 3 Month Old Baby and showing you our sleep schedule, everyday routine, what developmental milestones we're working on and just generally what a day can look like. Indie is a little over 3 months old in this video and we're EBF, co-sleeping with a bassinet, and she's our second baby. I always love watching these videos to learn more about other families routines, wake windows, daily activities, and just feel a little less siloed throughout these first few months adjusting to a new baby.

Love this! I was hooked as soon as I heard your daughters nickname 😂 My daughter’s name is Indie ( middle name Rae) so I love your little girl’s name. She is 3 months today and is my 3rd baby. I’m loving your schedule during the day. My husband and I work from home and I go back on a Monday so I’m trying to figure out a schedule that works for our family.

Thanks for this. My son is 3 months too, and this helps! How long is usually your nursing session? My baby is always sleepy after nursing, so my cycle isn’t great - he doesn’t want to nurse after waking up, it’s usually nap - diaper change - play - feed - nap. Which isn’t ideal.
I experienced that as well! I always tried to keep eat play sleep but sometimes it just doesn’t work out - and that’s totally okay! My sessions at 3 months were 30 minutes between both sides but active nursing only about 7 min!

I agree with the quality of love every. For the mamas out there with a limited income, a simple play gym (not aesthetically pleasing) from target also does the trick ;)

My 3.5 month old started not sleeping at 3 months. He is okay during the day but at night he sleeps with me because he is constantly wanting to nurse which started at 3 months which I thought was growth spurt and it was! However now he will not sleep he literally scoots on his side to scoot over to me to nurse and its like every hour. I wish little guy liked the carriers but he doesnt. He tries to get out of them and gets mad because he wants to turn around and wiggle.
How do you get your baby to fall asleep without rocking!
At this age it was just well timed naps based on sleepy cues!! I also did lots and lots of rocking, and still do now even at 15 months 🤍

You sound like my hubby about cooking and I’m more like drew 🤣 we still do a weekly meal plan esp since I find that wastes less food and takes less time during the week when you don’t have to think about what to cook
Every relationship has to have at least one person who can cook 😆 you guys are the back bone! and Yes!! We find the same thing about food waste too, so so helpful.
