I love the village scene in the middle. A lot of animations like this are pure combat, but this one took the time to show us the peaceful life that these people are fighting for.
Along with all the unique player designs, it drives home that these people aren't just warriors, they're a community. Fighting for their homes and the people that they love. For those everyday things, like playing with a dog, or laughing over spilled soup.

Alex She had a very good fighting ability when she first appeared (Animation life) and in the game she has better fighting power and skills than Steve, while her husband Steve is more prone to abilities crafting, creating weapons and more knowledge.

i love how steve in this animation is so op to the point where the only time he took damage was from fall damage when he took out the vex and fell plot armor needs a nerf and also alex took no damage at all

Yeah they might have plot armor but it wouldn’t feel right if one of them died considering it’s called “Alex and Steve Life”
Also in the previous episode Alex almost died, so the whole “Alex took no damage” isn’t always how it is
he became stronger after he defeat his other self. you really need to watch the previous eps. it will be more of a plot armor if steve is easily get owned by others
The illagers aren’t actually bad, they’re just getting revenge on the villagers that banned them from the village for doing adventurous experiments, like experimenting with life and death, which explains the evoker’s attack mechanics and it’s totem of undying, for the pillagers, they were probably trying to adventure and explore new things, and the village forbid it and they should “accept life as it is” and not do anything extreme. Vindicators, ravagers and vexes were probably experiments of the illagers, turning kidnapped villagers into them, and most likely the allay into vex. If the villagers never discouraged them, they wouldn’t have been raided.

Milk removes the Bad Omen effect, you can use it if you do not want a Raid.

In fairness, a dark oak wood door does seem sturdy and sizable enough to be used as a defensive item, easily blocking attacks as seen there, while also having long enough reach to be used offensively, to smack and potentially daze opponents. A pretty balanced weapon in those categories if you think about it.
