I’m pretty sure the additional planets being brought up, and the houses they fall into within a typical Scorpio Ascendant chart, are being brought up because they rule the houses that Pluto as the chart ruler is being interpreted in.
So, for Pluto in the first- The first house corresponds to Aries- Aries falls in the sixth house for a Scorpio Rising, so the themes of Pluto in the first for a Scorpio Rising are also elaborated on in terms of the placement of Aries in the sixth house.
For Pluto in the second, the second house is in Taurus- Taurus falls in the seventh- and so on.
Although it’s a good observation that you can really also go through the whole video and, on some level, relate to the themes being brought up with each of the signs in the houses for a Scorpio Ascendant- just the emphasis (and Pluto’s focus) is going to be specific to whatever house your Pluto specifically falls in.

its also very hard to be a scorpio because everybody project there true nature on you and you become the bad person or the good person .I can instant know what everybody thinks by just a second or a glimpse of there eyes .. and if I spent time with a person there darkest secrets and desires comes alive or victim trauma's in dreams I get ..that's why you avoid me because I can make you're demons hate me .. you don't expect that sometimes.. even like the sweetest people have a dark side believe me..its a gift and a curse to feel thisI .. I have Scorpio rising and Scorpio moon. All through my life is one ordeal over the other, I don't project my challenges to others rather I decided to be a hermit. I'm constantly in the process of growing from within, finding and harnessing that lost energy to find balance. I went through a hiatus to seek wisdom of what I can give to make things better instead of what I can take. I want to break the wheel of pride, insensitivity and toxicity from my family relationship and my romantic relationships. It's a hard life that caused my mental health: depression and anxiety but I take it one step at a time.

I picked astrology when I was 16 yrs old. I am obsessed with a band, my fellow fans are my brothers and sisters. I have never had my chart described where actually every house is exactly right. I recently found out that I am a Scorpio Rising in eastern astrology. Western has me as being Sagittarius Rising, that never felt right. I have been watching videos on Scorpio Rising kind of getting a feeling that maybe it wasn't going to be much better, but through this (I have watched it a few times) I have a far better idea of who I am...and why. Im a Leo Sun/Scorpio Rising with Pluto in Scorpio in the 1st house. I always thought this "power struggle" was my Leo side but I was trying to figure out why am I so damn secretive LOL Spot on to my life ughhh
Power struggles seem to come naturally to Scorpio Ascendant. That being said, Leo Sun and Scorpio Rising creates a deep power struggle dynamic within the individual soul. If you think about it, you have the sun on one side of the solar system and pluto on the other, so it is like trying to balance the greatest polarity in the solar system.
Secretive nature is definitely to be expected with this placement, but with a Leo Sun you probably feel the pull to express yourself and be seen, while paradoxically feeling the need to be secretive and concealed. So it is like...no matter what you do you feel like you are not satisfying your needs in that way

I am a student of Vedic Astrology and this past year I was introduced to the concept that the Western Astrology placements that I have thought to be correct for me were not the same in Vedic.
In Western I am a Sagittarius Acs, in Vedic, I am a Scorpio Asc. After listening to several astrologers talk about Scorpio ascendant's I was feeling like the Vedic Astrology placement of Scorpio in the asc. to be incorrect...but you have just described me spot on.

My mom is a rising Scorpio with Pluto in the 10th. What you said about creating a persona different than themselves and using this to their advantage is sooo true for her. It took me a while to realize my mom is literally the smartest person I know because she comes across so ditzy. But she was a math / physics double major. She was a single mom to three while in school, we had nothing for a while, and she has now built a very successful business. My mom is so smart she knows coming across as a dumb blonde makes her more relatable and makes it so people are more likely to help her. But she’s the furthest thing from a a dumb ditzy blonde. She’s not being fake. These are both sides to her. She just knows when to turn on each side.

Pluto Libra 12th house hitting my Neptune Sag and Leo Sun/MC/Mercury is so freaking spot on. It is a huge lesson that I am still learning but this helped me understand more of why I shove everyone away. Also understand why, now, I am so incredibly drawn to being an artist/writer and creating things to entertain everyone.
