It was funny when i was first learning the character not managing my life properly. I spend the round comboi'ng my opponent, look at the life bars and see that i have less health than them. 😂
Yeah, I ran into this as well and didn't see anyone explaining it. As far as I can tell, it can only be linked off of the light version(not heavy) of Rejected Truth when your opponent is in the crouching state. Outside of that the window is really tight to get the c.L before you're too far away and get f.L instead. When your opponent is crouching, Pact will be +5 and c.L is 5 frames which means spamming L is really inconsistent and you'll need to practice the timing. I try watching for when his feet hit the ground to get the timing right.

I can't seem to link 5L after using pact, is there a trick to this?
