Step 1: Set Up Your Canva Design
Open Canva: Log into your Canva account and click on "Create a design" at the top right corner.
Custom Dimensions: Select "Custom size" and enter your desired dimensions. For this example, we'll use 15 inches by 24 inches.
New Design Window: A new window with a blank canvas will open.
    Step 2: Upload Your Designs
Upload Images: On the left sidebar, click on "Uploads." Scroll until you find the designs you want to use. You can either drag and drop your design or click to upload.
Resize and Adjust: Click on your uploaded design to add it to the canvas. Resize it by dragging the corners and adjusting the placement as needed. The size of your design will be displayed in the corner, which helps gauge the proper size for your garment.
    Step 3: Editing Your Designs
Remove Backgrounds: If you want a transparent background, click on "Edit photo" and select the option to remove the background (available in Canva Pro).
Resize and Position: Adjust the size and position of your design to fit the garment or blank you will be pressing on.
Step 4: Filling Up the Gang Sheet
Add Multiple Designs: Continue to add more designs to fill up your gang sheet. Ensure each design is placed strategically to maximize the use of space.
Remove Backgrounds: For each new design, consider removing the background if necessary and cropping to eliminate extra space.
Rotate and Stack: To save space, rotate and stack designs where appropriate.
Step 5: Adding Logos and Text
Upload Logos: If you're adding logos, such as your business logo, upload them and resize them to fit the gang sheet.
Duplicate Designs: Use the duplicate feature in Canva or keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V) to replicate designs quickly. This is useful for creating multiple small logos or left chest designs.
    Step 6: Final Adjustments
Minimize White Space: Adjust all your designs to ensure there is minimal white space left on the sheet. This will maximize the number of designs you can fit on one gang sheet.
Rename Your Design: It's helpful to rename your project in Canva for easy reference, such as "Gang Sheet."
Step 7: Download and Upload to Heat Transfer Warehouse
Download the Design: Click on the "Share" button in the top right corner and select "Download." Choose PDF as the file format since it is accepted on the Heat Transfer Warehouse website.
Upload for Printing: Open a new browser window and go to the Heat Transfer Warehouse website. Navigate to the DTF gang sheets section and select the size you created (15x24 in this example).
Upload Your PDF: Upload your PDF file, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
    Conclusion
Creating a gang heat transfer sheet in Canva is a straightforward process that allows you to maximize the use of your transfer material. By following these steps, you can design, download, and upload your gang sheet for printing with ease. This method is cost-effective and efficient for producing custom DTF sheets.

Super useful, thanks! FYI, if you need your designto be an exact size, just push the Position button at the top status bar. It'll bring up the Arrangement and Layers tabs. Arrangement is where you can specify an exact size, location, and alignment
