@@wcrcqdc2dvcr3c2rxrexactly, it’s mediocre gun a and absolute horrible mobility make it easy prey. I 1v3’d 3 mauses in an American t32 with an absolute easy flank. Brawled them like no tomorrow. one shot side killed each and everyone of them. People glorify it far too much.
@@SgtBacalhaunah it’s skill issue. With the correct angling of the turret you can basically bounce 70% of the incoming shots. Gun is very easily deleting everything it pens, and the secondary one is good against lightly armoured vehicles… It’s a very good platoon in the right hands, and I’m not exaggerating when I say that I get 7-13 kills every game. It’s simply a great platoon. Leopard is fast and has a decent gun. Turm 3 is amazing with that awesome machine gun.
@@anormalperson2679 an equal level flanker vs equal level maus platoon in urban maps is easy kill for flankers or even a decently mobile heavy like t32e1. However ranged combat. Maus will prevail. Its not good in small or close range maps. A t34 heavy can one shot the maus through the turret between 0-250ish meters. Assuming they still have ammo in the turret. Otherwise you just kill 2 crew. It only has 250mm of pen. While mostly everything can pen it at its BR. Angling doesnt matter much, especially with most tanks having access to heatfs at its tier.
Tips 1: it is better to use the APDS than HEATFS, this sound crazy but APDS actually pen better despite the stat say it can only pen 300mm while HEATFS pen 400mm but read the next tips Tips 2: stats are not reliable in WTM as they usually not accurate and having actual knowledge about the tank ammuntion and what it does, its mechanic..etc in real life is better Tips 3: TURM III machine gun can pen its own turret and also kill itself, no need for using shell

You say you don't want suggestions on how to play as you wouldn't be playing a game that you don't know how to play, but everyone can improve, as is obvious in your case. That kind of thinking is counterproductive in every sphere of life, including video games. Imagine if you thought that you were the best and you could not improve no matter what. That is what you are saying when you accept improvement suggestions. If everyone had this thought process, then the human race would not be able to advance. My advice to you would be to be open minded, and to stop using heatfs.

Even though APCR had more number on penetration, but it's only had 3° Shell normalization, and it's also lose more penetration over distance than AP, while APCR had faster Shell Velocity than AP. but AP had 5° Shell normalization and don't lose more penetration than APCR, but also worst on Shell Velocity than APCR I don't know if Shell normalization mechanic works on War Thunder, but on WoT and WoTb, they had that mechanic
The problem with the maus that it's armoured enough to take on your Apcb or Aphe rounds. If you used HE aim below the turret cheek to overpressure the thing.
It is tier 7 but it was for last season event. You cannot buy it now. Maybe in the future they’ll have another Maus platoon you can buy but I don’t see that happening for a long time.

Well I do know how to lower it to 0 but you can’t lower it to between 100 and 0. To lower it to zero, for some reason, you just need to have 0 HE shells
Unfortunately, it was the big trophy jackpot for the first seasonal event back in October last year. So you cannot get this platoon but hopefully in the future they will release a similar one.
