Aproko doctor said our skin doesn't necessarily need sponge unless you work in environments that gets you super dirty like mechanic job. The sponge tears our sensitive skin and gives it something called micro tears, and that makes it easy for skin infection to occur. Little wonder, during soap ads, they don't show them using a sponge, just the soap on skin. Me being a sponge girl from day 1, wouldnt say it was hard to adjust because once i heard the disadvantages, i was like "say no more" and started imbibing it and honestly, i feel great!
