It is difficult enough to learn how to play the solo in this tune but how to actually come up with it originally, I just don't understand! It would be very interesting to know how you learnt to play the solo. Did someone teach you or did you learn it from listening to the record? I would never be able to learn this without your help. I always loved this tune! Thank you ever so much!
@@dermot51 I am afraid your answer isn't much help to me. I don't know any scales. I have only learnt some chords and play by ear. I learnt the solo from this video anyhow and enjoy playing it. Maybe i will try and understand scales and more complicated matters about the guitar one day. Anyway, thanks f. your reply!

Robbo was reportedly annoyed that Phil had decided to get another guy to play the keyboards rather than Robbo and he claims that he had nothing to do with the song; in fact he states that he hates this song. I totally disagree with that sentiment .This song has bags of charm and melody and I can also hear a certain Van Morrison influence in evidence. I have always loved this Lizzy offering !

I saw the Johnny the fox tour 77. Opener for Queen. Then a year later Bad Reputation tour with the opener Graham Parker. THEN in Denver 1981 China Town at the Rainbow Music Scott had a broken leg.All epic stuff.Very few bands could rock like Lizzy
