Fried rice is one of our favorite leftover meals! I buy bags of frozen mixed veggies and separate them into smaller portions to use for fried rice. I also cook my eggs separately and add them at the end. So many different ways to make this meal! Try drizzling some toasted sesame oil and shaking some sesame seeds on top right before serving some time - delicious! 😊
