Yeah brother, I also have that Aobing and I'll say Motor Nuclear did a really great job. I also have Caoren and Baiqi. Their kits are well thought of and followed their oriental fantasy mech theme.
Not a lot people realise, but the Aobing is based on the Wing hirm, the design and shape language is the same. You can really tell when placed side by side
Thanks for the review! What a gorgeous kit! Its definitely not lacking in shelf presencewith that dragon :0 ! I really want to try out some of the Motor nuclear kits in the future. Already ordered the wei yuan from gundammodelcenter to test out if customs make ordering from there a headache but if stuff works out this one and the baiqi are definitely on my list c:
Beautiful build and love the paint job too. I agree too they needed another sword handle cause oooo double spear or double sword would be great options lol
Amaaaaaazing review and I NEED to get mine. I have the cao ren or the white one that transforms into a chicken lol can’t wait to build it. Love yours. ❤
I hope you check out (and review) the newly released Super Evolution Eternal Star Glory (basically the MG version of the Stargazer Gundam but given justice)... Regarding the Ao Bing, that is absolutely my favorite of the Motor Nuclear models kits so far... Great review!!!
Personally it's a choice of preference. Both are amazing builds. Asterically I prefer the aobing but I love the dragon. You can't go wrong with either.
I use Tamiya panel lining fluid. And yes there is a risk of it cracking. I try to avoid this by panel lining before I assemble. This reduces the amount of micro cracks for the liner to seep into and cause breaks.
@@Monkey-Tang I've been getting a lot of questions about my panel lining lately. If I can figure out how to do it right would you or anyone else be interested in a tutorial video
@@MetalmanX Not necessarily my cup of tea, unless the video is about ways of panel lining that's not gundam markers or flow-type ink. Though it would be nice if you briefly mentioned the plastic type + type of panel line you used in your videos!
You are the one that finally convinced me to buy this kit 😂, can't wait for it to be done
I'm so glad you got it. hope it is a good build for you
I like the Ao Bing as well as the CaoRen, but i gotta say Bai Qi is my favorite so far. Motor Nuclear is awesome imo.

It really is great!! I can't wait to build more of these kits

It kinda strikes me as a perfect mix of Wing Zero and some kind of Exia. Super good looking!
It… just isn’t. It’s based on Ao Bing from the Manhwa Legend of the Star Generals.
@oliverwithers9736 and the design from the Manhwa is based on it aswell. The wing/zero hirm came out 2017-2019 predating the manhwa....
Thanks for the review!

Thank you!!! You need to get one it is an amazing build
You need to build the other 2, Cao Ren and Bai Qi.
And also the upcoming Wei Yuan
I have the Bai qi and the wei yuan is on the way

I will be reviewing the Glory. My good friends at Gundam Central have it in the mail
@@MetalmanXAWESOME!!!
should I get the Aobing or bai qi

What kind of panel liner did you use? Worried that pour types like gundam markers would crack the plastic.

@@MetalmanX Cheers, appreciate the reply! Fingers crossed that my process is as smooth as yours.

@@Monkey-Tang hey thank you for the honest feedback
What panel line colours did you use?
Tamiya black and dark grey
No Ab Crunch!
is there 3 kits in order ?
I believe so and this would be the 4th
is the build complex?
I definitely wouldn't suggest it as a first build but if you have some experience and take your time you will be fine
