How to reset Health o meter scale

Health o meter scale measures fat percentage, water percentage and of course weight.
I purchased this scale at Walmart 4+ years ago and it took me forever to figure out how to reset it... yay me -_-

Word cannot express my sincerest appreciation for you making this video and they also cannot express the disappointment in myself for not trying to hold the select button down yet removed the batteries and then repeatedly tried to hold the numbers down to reset them 😂
