- Homemade Frangipane filled brioche buns, cozy and in time for autumn. Frangipane is really easy to whisk up. Delightful as a breakfast with a cup of coffee or tea.
This recipe makes 16 mini buns about 6 cm in diameter.
Ingredients:
Brioche:
. 300 g flour
. 1 egg
. 50 g butter
. 2 tbsp sugar
. 2 tbsp dry active yeast
. 250 ml milk
Frangipane:
. 50 g sugar, 50 g butter, 50 g ground almond, 1 egg, 2 drops of almond extract optional.
