Rocket being completely happy and howling at the end is the most heartwarming part for me. He has been through so much, he deserves that happy ending so much.
It’s just James Gunn the writer/director for all the guardians movies, he picks all the music, same Goes for his DC comic books stuff with the suicide squad and peacemaker, they also have good music in them chosen by him

That last sentence is kinda the whole theme of vol 3. If the guardians can save their most broken friend Rocket leave him in a place where he no longer feels that hatred and loneliness than maybe we can all be saved

And the fact that this is the end to these GOTG movies made it more emotional because the actors/actresses were very emotional in the last few moments of the movie and it was like they were sad it’s over
