A beautiful apartment, with surprisingly large bedrooms and very nice bathrooms, almost en suite for all 3 with just the third also accessible to guests. I would make very few quite minor renovations, and perhaps just a different arrangement of furniture to maximize the spaces. An amazing find for that price!

The police station, first aid, a medium sized supermarket, a few restaurants, activities, accommodations, petrol station, EV chargers, pharmacy, etc. The next closest city is Bibbiena, which is only 15 minutes, which has a hospital and 5 supermarkets, the train station, etc. There is no railway in this town directly, but there is a bus to the Bibbiena train station, which can connect you with train stations that go to international locations, such as Arezzo or Florence station. From Arezzo you can go anywhere, as it's the main train station for central Tuscany.
Yes, you can easily reach by car! The way to the home can easily be driven by a large SUV or a motorhome. The parking space is only big enough for a large SUV though.
