I was really concerned when I saw the title of this video, because this bike really appeals to me.
It's good to know that it's performing so well and effortlessly on rough and tough patches and seemingly mileage is only a bit of problem over here.
But, I think mileage will improve after the subsequent services...
Overall I am really impressed by the performance of this bike. Vibrations are not a major concern for me to be honest. 🙂👍

Pehle start me tank full tha kya. Shayad nahi tha isliye jyada petrol laga bich me full tank karne me. May be that's why it's showing less mileage.

Yeah bro I also feel tyres are not the best but I feel they do the job for now. In future I might invest in some better tyres will share

But vibs at 100kmph is not acceptable...
Recently took the test ride of scrambler 400x. Engine was very refined but couldn't ride more then 85kmph because of city traffic....but by revving the engine when not moving, it has buzz on tank and handlebar after 6k rpm. But the bike which i rode was new it was ridden just 550kms. Sales representative said they have set rpm limit to 6k rpm...after first service 6k rpm limit will be changes it seems.
Gear shifting was smooth though as compared to adv 390.
Yeah m also hopeful for improved after 1st service performance.
Vibration? I'm doing 120+ easily with hardly any vibration
Great Video... what's the best riding gloves and jacket brands to go for a long ride... I would be going on my first trip with my speed 400 so wanted buy riding gears for the first time.
Also if you can suggest a good tank bag that would be of great help

Manish bhai, I asked triumph dealer about vibrations after 6000 rpm, he said try switching the traction control off and after that the vibration got a lot less, I don't know why it happened but that really worked.

Hi I plan to do solo rides like you do from Delhi. I nwas planning for Himmy but feel issues like weight management in it. I returned back after 35 years in india so was septical for solo rides. I did a Leh trip with group and that was an awesome experiance for me, but had support of group for puncher etc. is it ok to ride solo? what does one have to be careful about

Even I felt a bit misguided by the word disappointed? But the video was great, the shots were great, the angles covered were nice, it felt like I was riding myself or sitting behind you, your voice is custom made for vlogging I guess, you can dub in movies or TV serials as an alternate career, seriously. The beauty of the place was worth the 30 min video. Your drone shots were awesome. Your mileage is a bit perplexing. The bike is about 9kg heavier than Speed but that should not matter, probably the drag of the bigger tyres or the smaller front sprocket of the scrambler, don't know if all these together contributed to the lesser mileage.
My biggest question would be, for mostly highway ride and a 20% hill ride and even shorter bad roads ride, would the CB h'ness not have done the job? You would've been able to do about similar speeds, got better mileage, and felt lesser vibrations. Only the hill climb would have needed more of 2nd and 3rd gear instead of 3rd and 4th on the scrambler. The bad patches would've been a bit slower. Otherwise what extra benefits with the scrambler on a trip like this. If the terrain had much more hills and bad patches, then justified but for this kind of trip, I think cb350 would've been no different if not slightly better.
Maybe you just got bored of the CB 350 😎😀

KTM adv is more practical if touring is priority but thr are factors to consider about both bikes before u choose
