Mr.Sipp, it's an honor and pleasure to discover you, your beautiful talent, great voice, great personality and wonderful blues playing on your EP. blessings ,y brother and greetings from the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago
Saw Mr. Sipp and the WC Handy Blues and BBQ Festival as well as Ribberfest. His live performances are great. He mixes blues, adds a little gospel and a little funk in. Great performances.
You the man, Sipp! Loved the set I caught at the Bender in Vegas last September.....you sold me a CD in the first 5 minutes and I hope to catch ya live again before too long!
Crazy thing is, he made these songs and band in less than a months time to be prepared for these finals. Gotta listen to his story on how he became what he is on the blues scene. He was a gospel guitarist for over 20 yrs
caught these cats last night at paradise inn bar n grill Pensacola Beach, and what an amazing group of musicians! really great musicianship showmanship talent and pure joy even while having the blues. if you can see these fellows do it, go to their show you'll be seeing and hearing true God approved mizsippee delta love. thanks Mr sipp for the love, pure class!
better singer than a player - he's wound tight on guitar, plays on the beat (instead of with or around it) missed a lot of notes, was out of tune as hell, and his vibrato is like listening to a crazy person. But it's a great show, and he's a hell of a showman, dig the matching outfits. Overall I enjoyed it!
Ryder Green Music I understand where you are coming from Ryder, but your argument basically boils down to "you can't critique someone unless you can do what they are doing better" which I don't think is a sound argument, do you stand by it?
This guy brings the blues back in an awesome way.
