ASFMG21 - The "Operation Jubilee" Dieppe Raid Memorial Garden

The Failed Dieppe Raid over the 18th and 19th August 1942 served as a reminder that Europe was occupied by a powerful enemy. Lessons learnt paved the way for the Successful D-Day Invasion on 6th June 1944. In 2007 a memorial garden was established in the Allied Special Forces Memorial Grove. During 2023 the Visitor information plaques were upgraded to represent some of the successful parts of the Raid. This was at a considerable cost to the Friends of the Allied Special Forces Memorial Grove and any kind donations are welcome via the Go Fund Me Online site at the end of the presentation.
