Stunting probably saved my life. I was on a real bad path before i got on a bike, i quickly learned you can't be fuckin around with drugs and stuff while on a bike, and gave up the dumb shit to progress my riding skill. Along the way I've met some of the best friends I've ever had and i cant wait to see where we are 10 years from now ❤
I personally love it. All for having a bit of fun. Even when a huge group blocks an intersection for 2 light cycles to get everyone through, I don't realistically lose anything.
Thoroughly jealous of the skills. I used to wheelie all the time as a beginner at the lights. My wheelie ability is worse now that I have developed proper throttle and launch control. "Wheelies are the enemy of speed" - Our lord and savior Rossi.
No sir your lack of throttle control is likely why you can’t wheelie … anybody with limbs can shift through the gears to build speed and hit the brakes a little to turn … dump the clutch on any bike tho that requires a different level of throttle knowledge and clutch and brakes and engine braking 💀
I started loving motorcycles when I was small and saw someone wheelie a 175 eagle it was the coolest thing I ever saw and from that point I started to want a bike
"Look mom, I am not insane, I just want to continue Evel Knievel's legacy!" Mom: "Well he was fuckin crazy too!" Don't explain shit homie. Waste of your time. Just show them one day.
I'm extremely jealous of both the skills and time and money these people have to evolve them. I love riding, all aspects of it and I wish I had made it more of a priority in my early years.
@@TylerTheBassCreator oh, I'm learning, but at 43 it's slightly less fun then I would have been at 20, and I have significantly less time to enjoy it. That's why I'm giving my kids every chance, lol!
I sometimes go out there on my Ducati= thinking I am an OK rider, then I encounter some of these amazing riders and think to myself, "man, I feel like a toddler next to them."
Growing up in baltimore in 90's to early 00's has stunting brewing in me as a new rider😂. Im so tired of ppl asking for wheelies and i cant give em one. I havent been riding bout 2 months, by next year, they wont have to ask💯😂
Im pretty sure mad skill was required to get those dinosaur bikes to get air, keep them in straight lines on sandy tracks and awful conditions in the fairs. Jiminy cricket.
When you watch me streetrace, or just playing on the street. It looks smooth. When I get out of shape , you see razor thin saves and sketchy riding. What you don't know is, we've been racing since kindergarten and have practiced every move, crashed and burned a 1000 times trying, until till its old hand. And destroyed a dozen rides along the way to the ER and Intensive care unit for the 3rd time in 5 years. ---- The faded and scratched but suspiciously clean Jdm Fzr 400RR next to you riding a wheelie for 6 miles --- Anytown, USA.
I had a 07zx6r totally set up for stunting, the bike was sick but I wasn't lol I used to ride with the 518 crew I remember learning stand up wheelies with them guys they were really busting my balls about my lame wheelies, I finally got up to 1/4 wheelies but I stopped hanging out with them due to all tha Harrasment by the law
My first experience on a motorcycle was gymkhana, there were several events, longest wheelie, longest jump landing back wheel and longest front wheel, slow race etc That was 1969, dirt bikes in 70's, speedway sidecars in the 80's, jappas in 90's, hotrodded Harley dresser in the 2000's and stunted all of them 😂 I just turned 60 and bought a 950 hypermotard. For some it's a drug
Could you please make a reaction video on querly / Grenzgänger, the biggest group of sumo stuntriders in europe and also one of the biggest motorcycle communities
The early stunts didn't involve doing stuff on main roads though(judging from this one video not real research however). I still believe, if it is controlled near a crowd sure, on the road with people just trying to get a to b, no. There is a reason they are illegal in places. Now, here is where I may bend the law, if there is no one around, who is going to get hurt on the road? An empty country road or empty period, sure. Yea it is complicated slightly. Imagine a biker is doing a stunt, crashes into a family, they hit the wall and die. Stunts do cause accidents on others on public roads with people driving. Now, getting mad at 1000s of bikers meeting up, who cares. Not that serious. Good video. We all make mistakes.
I think stunting is awesome, as long as it isn't done in traffic. I've always said "if you're going to do something stupid, do it around people that know you're going to to do something stupid or do it alone. You may have amazing control over your motorcycle, but you cannot control traffic.
WTF?! Wouldn't you if you could?! Fk yeah! If it's off the hook?! Bring it! I'm old now. "On Any Sunday" was the movie we had back in the day. Only had Super 8 movie cams. Yeah, I know. No UA-cam. Better times today. Our shit wasn't even close to what these guys can pull and then some. Not even a concept yet. Like skating. Just getting up to the pool tile was a big deal. NOW?! You know what I'm sayin?! Insane! They make it look so f'n easy too! Love this shit! Keep it up Boyz! Wish I saw more of it on the street here in Tampa/FL. Big love, all support and respect to all you mofo's taking it to the 11's!
I was trying to get stoppies nailed.....too far.... bike flipped on me.....fractured spine, broken ribs and use of zimmer frame and crutches for 2 months....1 year recovery....I dont try stoppies any more
Stunt wise I can say I’m a fan of controlled drifting and slow wheelies. As a 250lb guy I’vegot no interest in putting my legs up in the air over the bars or standing on the seat. I’d rather just have great control of a bike and leave the rest to all the other goats out there. I wanna enjoy riding so not interested in flirting with all the avenues of possible injury or death on a bike.
i think an endo is like a pop stoppie, just grabbing the brakes when youre going a couple mph to kick the tail up. I only see rolling stoppies as proper stoppies but what do i know
I think GTA: Vice City did that. I guess Rockstar Games didn't have any bikers working among them and it was the first GTA with motorcycles, so they just called it a stoppie out of ignorance. The Faggio scooter was also FWD, so you could endo forever on that thing.
What could possibly go wrong when you have an opinion ? I guess death would be about the worst and you would have comfort knowing the person responsible has no chance of being arrested if they vote the right way.
I have mixed feelings about the city Rideout's. It's dangerous to others and illegal, but there's no denying the incredible skill of these kids, and with a limited choice of activities for youth in the poor city neighborhoods I'd rather see them riding than other things they could be doing.....

LITERALLY
i was doing the same shit... alcoholic on the verge of ending it all. and road stoned once and quickly learned i hadda put the stuff down
My motorcycle is why I decided to quit drinking for good cause I realized life's worth living when you have a motorcycle
Hmmm.... thanks for sharing this is insightful. It's like having a kid, you gotta get ur crap together, way two diff things obviously.

crazy this isn't one of your better performing videos. Very well done.
I’ll never forget the memories of me sitting in front of my TV watching Star Boyz FTP 2 as a kid in the early 2000’s

14:01 that is the most beautiful thing done on a motorcycle that I've ever seen in my life. Holy sh*t!
Absolutely insane
Arttu stenberg is a demon
That was indeed the coolest one in the video.
you can see that same stunt performed in the latest fast and furious movie, and by the same guy! Our national legend from Finland Arttu Stenberg
Yam thanks for making this video it certainly will help me explain what I’ve been doing for the past years with my motorcycles to my family. 👍🏻

Not jealous or envious. Just amazed at the skill really. Yes modding is probably not cheap.
Love that you appreciate the work that goes Into our sport, and recognize it as such, yammie W
I sometimes go out there on my Ducati= thinking I am an OK rider, then I encounter some of these amazing riders and think to myself, "man, I feel like a toddler next to them."
I wheelie my St2 Ducati not so much anymore video on channel
I never took 1 hand off the throttle or brake haha. Still a noob to riding.
I grew up around the star Boyz I'm so glad you gave them recognition 🙏. Ftp :). (Full throttle performance)
It keeps people out of trouble an give people a family that understands their love and passion for motorcycles .

I love it. It’s one of the reasons I bought my Ducati hypermotard
Jason Britton has changed the game
I think stunting is awesome because of the skill involved, but if it's putting anyone besides the rider at risk, not cool at all.
YAMMIE how could you forget the mesmerizing early 2000s Kawasaki 636. Then now the new emerging Yamaha FZ/MT 07s entering the scene.
I think it’s fascinating! I don’t wanna try any of it, but it’s fascinating to watch! 😂
Really did your research. Hit the nail on the head
Wheelies are like crack.
So addictive.
Pringles. Once you pop, you can't stop.

A massive clutch of fresh squid eggs has undoubtedly hatched with the release of this video.

Pretty good laymen pov and explanation from Yami. Not bad 👏
