This is why false rape accusations are so serious, it's basically a death sentence.

Do you know the actual percentage of false rape claims? very very small portion of rape cases. Do you know how many rapes go unreported? Most. Your statement is more of a non-issue in comparison to how many rape (of male and female) cases that go unreported.
Just because they are few it doesnt mean they do not happen.
I didn't say they didn't matter. I said to stop whining and assuming every victim that does speak up is lying and framing a man. It doesn't happen often. Its strange to me these same men that whine about the few don't ever seem to believe the true victims. They often find an accuse or a reason to show no sympathy.
He doesnt say that. He simply says that false accusation is a wrong thing. Thats not complaining.

What if it was a false rape accusation? It happens often and assuming that the scenarios presented in the video are common, it's basically a death sentence.
We still got morals. If your crime was against someone defenseless or someone who doesnt stand a chance in a fair fight, your a marked person your whole sentence.

Code of ethics is not the reason lol. It's a survival tactic. If prisoners, including some of the worst who have probably murdered women and children (is this worse than rape?), can all come up with the consensus that sex criminals are at the bottom of the totem pole, then they can stop themselves from getting a beat down. It's a form of survival called scapegoating. Someone has to be a worse human than you, or you're a dead man.

I remember a story about a homeless vet who wandered into an abandoned building for shelter and found a paedophile raping a child. He killed the paedophile and was put in lock up. In jail he was treated like a king and the Gang leader gave him his own cell till the trial started. The prosecution was quickly thrown out and the vet released.

A friend of mine was thrown in jail because of a (false) accusation.
He was lucky because that prison has a separate department where they keep the alleged sex offenders.
Btw, he got released after six months because it then turned out that the accuser had lied.

My experience was different. I worked as a psychologist in a state prison for 10 years and did not see sex offenders being targeted. The facility had a large sex offender population because there was a treatment center there. So that could explain it. They stuck together for the most part and rarely, if ever asked for protective custody. Many of the inmates at other facilities were able to keep the reasons for their incarceration a secret.
I'm afraid child molestation along with domestic violence has become normalized and/or so common few notice. Our world is also becoming very dark and fewer and fewer people care anymore.
You are right. So many of the inmates were sexually abused as children, as well, often incest, and never received help, and determined they were somehow damaged, inherently, had no source for their pain, and thus no outlet. When a violation as severe as this, occurs in childhood, with no repercussions, on the perpetrator, no admission of guilt, no acknowledgment, it becomes very difficult for that child to reinforce a sense of empathy, within themselves, for others. They only have a model of the complete opposite. They have to live in such forced denial, they forget to remember. It’s unreal. Just a barbaric crime.

It’s not just inmates who can’t stand sex offenders. Staff, guards, and even many Psychologists won’t deal with them. I was a Prison Psychologist, and refused to work with sex offenders, because there is no treatment that is particularly effective, especially with pedophiles. They were they only class of inmate I wanted nothing to do with.
I would not be able to tolerate being in their presence either. My roommate from years ago (we were young) was coming to the realization that she had been molested by family members. Her childhood had been destroyed. I being young and not understanding the situation, was supportive but no help really. We all have look backs in our lives and this is always one situation where I wish that I had the skills and knowledge to have done more.

The SA is them in trial and everyone loses. Furthermore 61% of rapes go undocumented so there literally are r wordists in prison who beat up SAs who are themselves SAs.

In the 70's I was in O. C. California holding cell with about 150 other people waiting to go to court. A man was bragging about having sex with children and in the morning the guards and trustees came in and picked up a bunk with a blanket covered in blood with him under it. I was 18 and two weeks in jail was enough for me to last a lifetime.

It's good to have an added fear about committing those acts because here and there it may be the determining factor in preventing a small percentage of these crimes. Just one person not having to experience this is worth the brutal policy.

I feel the chances of false conviction are almost non-existent IF and only IF the police do their job right) ... _In men's prisons, if you have messed with woman or children, they usually will hurt you somewhat. I'm not sure about woman prisons. But my dad used to tell me about prison and how people found out. But if i'm honest, most prisoners get tossed around alot either way._

I understand how it's an intrinsic emotional response in most people to become irrationally hateful towards sexually-based violence, but it's important to remember that violence is violence, none of it is any worse or better except in terms of damage caused. That said, rape is not on the same level as killing someone. Full stop. A corpse cannot go to therapy.

Why? You like having a system where basic human rights and dignity isn't upholded? I don't. And I certainly don't trust other inmates to be the judge of this stuff. What if someone is falsely convicted? Then they get jumped and murdered for something they didn't even do. Prisons should be a place for corrections and rehabilitation, not torture. Because then when these prisoners are let out back into society, they still haven't learned job skills or people skills, so they go right back to killing, raping, stealing, and all that. Our recidivism rate is gigantic. It's bad for society as a whole to view prisons as only a place for punishment. You don't fix criminals by locking them up in a cage for a few years and forgetting about them, you fix criminals by actually addressing what caused them to be criminals, and giving them useful life skills they can use it to better themselves when they're let out. And that goes for pedos too.

Polar Panda - I used to do legal work with sex offense cases. 98% of offenders did stuff that they need to be put away for. Only like 1% are stuff like flashing people (they will minimize their crime and say “oh I was only peeing in a park” until you look at the paperwork and read about the crime yourself and then see they were wacking off in front of kids)

Not completely sure on how i came across your channel but i have to say your videos have definitely captured my attention and id like to thank you for these stories and the amounts of questions youve answered from viewers
I was a guard at Menard Prison in Illinois and I never heard of a sex offender being targeted. There were plenty of fights and some killings but that was usually a personal thing or gang thing.
Many prisons do everything they can to separate child sex offenders (not necessarily other sex offenders) and transgender inmates.
Illinois could be different. From what I know in CA and FL they do not separate them from general population immediately and therefore they get attacked often.
I can understand everyone's glowing reaction to these murders, however, what about those who have been falsely accused? Our justice system is by no means perfect or infallible. Many who have been falsely accused on other charges can relate to that. Our system has frequently been content with finding a scapegoat which has the appearance of finding the guilty one involved. Furthermore, no one out there is God and are not endowed with the right to murder someone just to appease their own guilt thereby reinforcing their own false pride and ego with these erroneous actions.
You gotta keep in mind these people are criminals and false testifiers are a kind of criminal called a perjurer. Plus if someone dies due to the death penalty who was later found innocent or was never proven 100% guilty, then you’ve essentially killed an innocent person. I was in Pentonville for about 3 months in 1986 for my 3rd offence of drink/driving. The 'Ville' was a Victorian debtors prison with mostly low risk inmates, I managed to get a job in the prison library and got paid a massive £2.50p a week. As a librarian you could take out as many books as you liked back to your cell, all the other inmates were limited to just 2. On Thursday's all the nonce's came in for their book exchanges, most looked quite normal and you'd never guess their past, just one or two had this bad aura around them that would make any persons skin crawl. We also had no en-suite bogs, just a bucket and we were allowed a bath or shower once a week. We mostly had 2 bed cells and I met some really nice people and did not feel threatened, it's certainly is a short, sharp, shock to the system but it did not stop my behaviour.
All those found guilty of sexual offences against children should be given facial tattoo's or scarring, something distinctive to show others what they are. You can never hope to stop their behaviour by chopping their dicks off, therapy and rehabilitation also does not work with sexual predators, the only effective treatment is to lobotomise or kill them.
There was once an idea that they should be put on a remote island to fend for themselves (ideally a bleak cold one off the Scottish coast, not carribean) as medical professionals confirmed that they cannot change their feelings and therefore their behaviour. Personally I think a feasible idea as it would not be costing the tax payer, no staff or food, their fending for themselves for however long they can survive but definitely would not be walking back into our world.

Did 3 years in Michigan. Alot of prisons the sex offenders were in the same population. Only the weak were targeted. They worked out and defended themselves, they weren't messed with. Prison was about praying on the weak.

I would also like these sorts of people to leave our children alone for the next 40 years after being released from prison but as statistics and an insurmountable amount of evidence shows these perpetrators are not reformed after leaving prison no matter the length of their sentences. Never been in prison, but I spent 25 years in the Marine Corps. There were some parts of my career that felt like prison. Also, I served with some dudes who probably should have been in prison. One I knew actually went to prison later on after he left the Marine Corps.
@Skeletor. Any type of straight up rape is pretty rare. There might be a few cases of male on male rape out there, but nobody I know or even heard about. Cases of male Marines sexually assaulting female Marines is much more common. I was talking to an NCIS agent and he said sexual assaults make up the vast majority of their cases.

When I went to jail when I was 16 (I live in NC they charge 16year olds as adults) I was young and dumb obviously and there was an accused chomo in our block and everyone would throw piss in his cell and would flood his cell and they actually talked me into doing the same so I did and a year later i saw the dude out of jail and found out his accuser actually admitted to lying about it bc she was mad at him and everyone literally made this dudes life hell and he wasnt even guilty he actually got his ass beat a few times so that's why he was in lockdown all the time

I went to a maximum security prison as a young bloke and it was expected you partake in any chance to harm sex offenders and keep your mouth shut after the fact. I cannot repeat here what I saw over the years, but needless to say, it is the most extreme and cruel violence imaginable. I have no issue with anything I saw happen for a number of reasons. Many inmates would not have gone down the wrong road had they not been physically abused as young children. Great series, just got onboard.

I know someone who went to prison on a false rape charge. He served 4 1/2 years and he never got his ass kicked. He told me he kept to himself and he never had an issue.

In USA you have the same sex offenders registry registry. Could be that its not that easy in countries where the registry doesnt exists.

After 6.25 yrs in prison for trafficking weed I left prison with 2 felony convictions and no marketable job skills. I received funding for vocational training from the state and chose computer applications and computer networking classes. After completing the vocational school classes I was offered a faculty position at the vocational school I attended. From there I decided to get a college degree so off to college I went. I got a BS in CIS (Computer Information Systems), then I went on to grad school for MIS (Masters In Information Systems). After grad school I was hired by an IT Consulting firm in Washington DC and granted a security clearance for the work I did as an IT Consultant on a project for the Dept of Homeland Security (HSPD - Homeland Security Presidential Directive -12). Life after prison has been very good to me but I busted my ass and created all the opportunity I was granted. It's up to the ex-con to create his or her opportunity for a new life after prison. I proved it's possible to create a quality life after 6.25 years in prison.

You might think going to prison would be hitting rock-fucking bottom but it’s not for those whom use prison as a revolving door. It was my experience that the vast majority of guys (99%) getting to prison take out a shovel and begin digging deeper as to hit lower levels of rock bottom. This is why it's not possible for 99% of ex-cons to create a quality and meaningful life after prison. After a life filled with nothing but evil these people are broken human beings, they are beyond redemption, beyond rehabilitation and as such beyond the possibility of creating a successful and quality life after prison. This is a truth people don't want to hear or accept. ,

My first full time job offer after 6.25 yrs in prison was as a faculty member at a vocational school. To be honest, this felt like a miracle. This is not typical, at all. I was in class at the vocational school from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday for 9 months. The school had the opportunity to observe me 40 hrs a week for 9 months.
My first part time job after prison was running a small pub (bartender) in one of the suburbs of Chicago. I bartended on Saturday and Sunday nights (8pm to 5am), then school Monday through Friday (9am to 5pm). I had no bartending experience when I took the bartending job.
A great deal of success in life is depending upon how you look, how you act, how you walk, how you talk and how you carry yourself. It also helps to have a good attitude and it helps to work really hard and to work really smart. It also helps to be charismatic and to be a natural born leader :-)
I highly recommend for all ex-cons to work 7 days a week when first paroled, the first year at least. Working 7 days a week for an ex-con, is a gift. Work is a form of “therapy” for ex-cons. We need to give this gift to ourselves.
I also highly recommend getting in touch with the Universe, getting in touch with Creation. The Universe/Creation can be a powerful ally and you need all the allies you can get after prison and while on the path to Mastery. I recommend the book, Conversations With God. This book was of great help to me.
