Getting rid of the water the noodles were boiled in and getting new will get rid of nearly all these unhealthy contents that they are talking about.
It's also generally healthier because you dont get the oil they were fried in to harden.
So TDLR, just get newly boiled water for the cooked noodles, they will taste less , but thats the sacrifice you gotta take.

The carcinogens produced from instant noodle cake fried also occurs with fries, hashbrown, chips and any other starchy product fried in oil. Salt and fat isn't any more than a cheeseburger, hamburger, ham sandwich dripping with even more fat and salt. Canned soup can also have lots of salt and fat. Just eat everything in moderation. Dried or fresh noodles without all the seasonings are very healthy. One can easily make them with lots of veggies and boiled chicken or fish. Asian food have a lot of *steamed, boiled* and lightly sauted dishes and is by far more healthy and lighter than other cuisines. Also more variety of vegetables are consumed than Western cuisine.

For me just enjoy it once for every 2 weeks.
Add some vegetables and egg for more nutrients.
For fried instant noodles use only half of the flavor package, you'll be surprised that using merely half for a lot of them are already salty and flavorful.
For the one with soup/broth, just slurp the noodles and don't drink a lot of its broth.
A lot has a ridiculous high amount of sodium, so you're better of buying real noodles and ramen made from the scratch in restaurants.
These are just my tips from my own experience who's kind of feeling the impact of if my body is having too much sodium. I write this for those who are more self conscious about it. Not for those who says don't worry and just eat.

They all look the same, brown, light-brown, dark-brown.

😂 Yeah. Don't use the instant stuff. There is a reason Asian markets exist. Also soy sauce is a better option more flavor. They also come in low sodium. About the lunch meat yeah I agree. Use fresh or precooked meat.

After you finish cooking the noodles, dump them in the trash. That will be far healthier. You will lose lots of weight!

mix with meat, rice, veggies, fruits. i got 4 dogs, a half bowl of the broth is fine. since all my dogs that died are between 15-18years old, it mean i am doing it right. still, i wish those 2 german shepards of would live longer. it hurts :(@@NWforager
