Hope the next givernment can build bigger sports venues about the same as and similar permanent facilities like MOA ARENA, KINGDOME Stadium, ARANETA Colliseum, a HORSE RACE ARENA (for tourism and money maker/income to maintain all facilities). Yes about the same facilities as these four. Plus 12 midrise condo-hotel for level up athletes village (vertical is good and impressive too). Shopping mall and Athletes Specialist Medical City perhaps beside the ongoing NAS facilities.

One question, why is the development in New Clark City moving in a snails phase? I saw so many plans but no constructions yet.. I highly doubt its because of the pandemic because if you look at Manila, constructions are on going everywhere.. It always makes me nervous seeing a huge plan like this but not much progress have occur in years.

For the private investors IDK, but the government agencies were already set to build their buildings here. Don't worry for New Clark City.
