Hey, that's 1st gen Yamaha YZF R125 or R15. The first production year is come from 2008. Definitely F-A-K-E aging and rust.

You are definitely a pro at applying mud, sand and grit to new motorcycles for certain "patina". Yamaha sure was ahead of their time in the early 70's weren't they, producing modern looking sport bikes!! Honda never had a chance did they.

Its a Yamaha R15 V2, first introduced in India in 2013, it has a 150 cc single engine. And definitely not a 50 yr bike, because I own one. But this lie and fakery definitely made him rich, as its passed 8 mil views already. Good job Buddy!!!
This bike is 50 years old - but only if you're watching this in the year 2058. An excellent job all round, don't worry about the big lump of broken off engine casing, I'm sure it will be fine. Put body filler over the rust on the tank, I'm sure it won't bubble up and fall off after 6 months. Body filler over the flexible plastic fairing parts, yeah, that'll be fine just as long as you never reattach it to a motorbike otherwise it's just going to crack and fall off immediately.

Man Yamaha was decades ahead of its time, finding out that paint goes IN the engine and coolant pump was a game changer!

For anyone wondering the bike is a yamaha R15 V2 a 150cc and it was launched in 2012 so it's a 10 year old bike if that is a 2012 model it went till 2018 than they changed the bike a bit with new fairings and some engine tweaks.and it became R15 V3 which went till this year and now a R15 V4 is on sale which is like a 150cc version with se looks as r7.i have the same bike R15 V2.

Finished job looked pretty good. Especially for being a very low budget restoration. I do feel a little more attention to detail could have brought it much further. Only one part actually made me cringe a bit and that was seeing the carb covered in paint, I would have pulled it apart cleaned and soaked it in thinner and left it bare metal
thats not a carb. its a motorcycle fuel injection
@@gregorytubera984 definitely a carb. Not port injected and not TBI. Some carbureted bikes have electric fuel pumps but they are still carbureted

This is a 2008 R15, had the same bike, plus I'm born in 1975 & the racing style motorcycles with the fairings & extras weren't available until the very late 1970's, to get early 1980's('80-'82) you can fool some, but not ALL!!! 😂👍
