I am very impressed, the way you trace the problem, in a series very carefully, keep up the good work. Thank you for the instructions, greetings from Indonesia
Interesting video sir, sometimes the technician suspects the led strips and disarms all the equipment to access them. The deduction based on your analysis is very professional. Thank you for your time and for sharing it. 👏👍🙏🙋♂️

Hi Mr dear T as you showed the 2 mosfet which seemed had enough voltage even when plugged the cable in and I did not understand how you said they donot!!!!! Will. you please explan about that and clear it more? Thanks a lot and so glad having you in troubles time!
Great video. But I have a specific issue. I changed my board TP.sis231.p83 with the board TP.vst59.p818 because I couldnt get my oriiginal one firmware dump and the tv rarely passes logo screen from bootloop to hdmi or other source. Almost all connectors are plug and play but the only difference the new boards and this new one has a dual 2 pin led driver inlet while the old one had a 12 pin connector. Do I need a voltage regulator board as a bridge in between or I can rewire it directly? Cable for led backlight shows 105 v. Thanks
I’m watching all your videos but I have this same problem on my 58” skyworth android tv but don’t know what the volts are supposed to be, do you know where I can get a proper readout or schematics for that tv I can’t find one anywhere online? Or is there other cheap TVs that are basically same as the skyworth?
@@tevzTVTevatronics OK thanks anyways... can you make a video and explain from where the power goes in the border and where it runs from the plug in to the led panel and where or what the normal volts are supposed to be for capacitors and diodes and the bigger transistors ? I'm trying to figure out how or where to find the drivers for led are by just looking at the power board... I'll watch them again and try to figure out the volts.. I just with there was a video on tvs that explain what each section or part does and how to find them... but thanks keep the videos Coming I like them....cheerz
Hi Mr T. Can you please confirm that some tvs have type A and B strips inside due to centre strip being less brightness. I checked each strip to see centre strip is less bright and takes half the current . This is normal right?
Hello sir i have an lg 49 inch nanocell tv, it has standby light but no response from the power button, sometimes after a few minutes of pressing the tv tries to turn on and the standby light flashes and goes out like the tv is on, but no backlight , no image, no 5v usb output , the 13v from the psu is there and 3.3v is there on the main board and theres voltage on most of the inductors on the main board , the cpu is the only thing warming up, it gets hot as soon as i plug the power cable in , theres no shorts on the main , how else can i diagnose the problem ? Thankyou for any help sir. Reace , UK
Hi Tevz, I’ve one small question about backlight section of LCD, LED Tv or Monitors. I’ve seen many people ignore the DIM/Adjustable pin connection while they’re adding an Inverter Board (External) they just use Vcc, Gnd & Enable connection. So I’m very much curious to know about that DIM connection like from where this signal is coming from, which IC generates DIM singal and why we do not use it while adding inverter module. Thank you very much 🙏🏻
An SLC2013M driver IC is about a half-USD (50 cent) part, why not fix it the right way? There must be electronic stores there, or if you fix this many TVs you should have one in stock or lying around on a donor board. Except with companies such as Apple for which parts are not available, a patch job like this is not an acceptable repair and certainly not guaranteed to last for long.
@@tevzTVTevatronics I was thinking that myself and have been looking for a cheap one. The digital multimeters are not able to pick up those quick changes. I thought I was mistaken for thinking this but now your video has confirmed my thoughts.

Class A B Im not sure
@@tevzTVTevatronics my guess is different strips at different locations to even out brightness on some designs. Keep happy MR T.

Good day
This repair is a bit hard for me 😂 i don’t really know where to where those wires are being connected to 😢
I think it was 13 volts path.

Hi mister tevez can please you give us the link where to get schematic diagram for this model and also why you didn't change the IC
I don't have.

Dim is for the adjustment of the led brightness. It's important to connect it. DIM, BL adjust are similar.
POR QUE NO CAMBIASTE EL DRIVER?
No available IC driver. IF there is a way to make it works without replacing the damaged component. Do it.
I already face this foult this foult came from 12v small tramsformer supply..two capcitor for aux supply or supply voltages of primary small caps
لو احد يشرح لنا طبيعة العطل
Thanks sir

Yes it's a very cheap ic, the problem is not available in my area, if I buy online it's take 3 months to arrive.

Why did he switch to an analogue multimeter?
Other than that I don't have a balls what's going on here.
Measuring on to off voltage. Analog meter is the right tool.
