Also, you can eat the salad straight away or let it cool down on the fridge and add the boiled egg last minute ;-)

What a refreshing salad! In Murcia we have a pretty similar one, the only difference is that it's made with canned tomatoes instead of peppers. "Murcian salad" it's called.
