- This is my full cover of the Space Engineers main theme! Everything was composed from the ground up and it was incredibly tough. Now go build the most girthiest ship you can think of!
This song was chosen as one of the 15 winners out of 300+ entries into the Sounds of Space Engineers Song Contest 2021! Truly happy to be amongst the winners!

This part 3:48 all the way to the end of song made me tear up I want to say this is one of the best things I've ever listened to!

It’s a shame this game isn’t far more popular. It deserves a bit more publicity imo, it’s a great game that really challenges people’s brains when they want to make stuff

Not sure why but every time I hear this song shivers run up my arms and tears well up in my eyes.
That's really touching man, I've been playing S.E for years now and it's become a place of respite. I'm sure you've had a similar experience. Every time I see comments on this track I feel a tremendous amount of happiness. I was so nervous submitting this but the fact fans of the game actually like really makes it all worth it. I was worried it was subpar and end up disappointing you all!
@@KhydroDjent Got around 2,300 hours in it. It's one of my most heavily played games. I took a respite from SE when I got Starsector but in the end I came back. Game has a stronger emotional impact on me then Minecraft did. Your music here only strengths it.
I like using epic music to get my brain thinking but this one, it hits different. Maybe it’s the fact I play space engineers and it makes me start thinking and then the epic music kicks it into over drive. One thing is certain, I have a new go to song for writing or anything involving creativity.

Nice song. It got me going back to space engineers now.
It's a very beautiful piece. I enjoy the original song in SE, but this is very pleasing to listen to. With the higher intensity, this goes really well with the new update coming soon in SE. This is honestly my #1 of the 15.
I'm very happy about that because I almost didn't submit this track, I was so worried about not doing it justice and letting the fans down. I needed it to be as perfect as I could possibly make it

I know that some of the comments here are pretty old but i think ill just put my piece in here anyway. I just recently picked back up Space Engineers and reloaded one of my old saves that i played with a friend of mine a long time ago when the game was still in its beta stage. A lot of the blocks weve built wouldnt load so it was sad to see some of our progress wither away over time. For giggles i noticed that there was a jukebox and decided to install it into our pretty much empty compound and i had to sit and listen to this song for almost an hour because of how strong and motivating and emotional it was for me at least. My friend and i dont talk anymore because weve gotten older and our real life responsibilities got in the way of our gaming. But it was just nice to see what weve done even if half of our progress was withered away with time and this song brought back my motivation to rebuild our old compound into a memorial. Thank you for the creation.❤

Hey man, I'm so sorry I didn't see this comment before. Really touching story, I connect with this a lot, I too no longer speak to a friend I used to play this with, we ended on bad terms and it's still upsetting. But our fleet is still there with all the stuff we messed around with. If you ever fancy a game or want to jump on creative mode to build something, I'm down dude, would be great to chat too :)

Took a while! I wanted to get some footage but it was so hard to film and make things happen, so in the end I just did a slow space shot :)

That's a ship I built years ago, kind of ongoing, called Reem Leader One :) Unless there are others named it, you should be able to find it on the work shop 😂😂

@@stavinaircaeruleum2275 I do play modded most of the time with thruster mods to make flying more fun! I would love to take a look at your build though :). Omg yeah the warheads hahah dude, go to the escape pod and press 6(i think) then you'll see what they do 😂😂😂

It's a ship called Reem Leader One, its on my workshop somewhere! One of the first I built when the game was in alpha :)

why did you put me an strike on my channel? I told you I was going to private it in a couple of days for my own archive, and monetization was off. I was promoting the songs, and not making money of it. This is dirty move that Im going to post on the forums for sure.
I'm sorry you feel this way, just imagine how I feel when my track gets stolen.
I humbly requested for you to remove my track there and then, I gave you over 24 hours. A couple of days isn't for you to decide. You should not have taken it without permission from the artist. I would be interested to know how many of the artists you asked before uploading to your own channel?
The promotion of our tracks should be done by ourselves and Keen. Not someone else uploading to their own channel. When I asked you to remove the song, the video was monetised, but this is more on principle. You cannot take others work and upload it without consent.
Feel free to share that part on the forums too.
@@KhydroDjent Ok. But if someone upload my content and it gave some credits I will be more that happy. But that is just my position on this. Of course I'm angry, I told you I was going to remove it and the monetization was automated and I didn't checked that. And you say there was no problem, but then, boom! and strike? whatever...
@@Spetsialista I understand your position, totally. I didn't want to have to file a claim as I don't enjoy the idea of agitating the very people who I'd like to actually listen to this stuff. But, when I said there was no problem, I meant that I knew you hadn't done it out of any ill intent, meaning no hard feelings. I DID expect you to remove it there and then, not just for me but ideally for everyone else's songs too. I just believe in ASKING first.
My channel is tiny, insignificant - It's hard trying to grow when the work I do is uploaded somewhere else and the views don't come to where the material was grown. It ends up going to another person and artists like me, stay in the shadow of others who take the work and upload it themselves.
Also, speaking of your archive - The songs will stay uploaded by Keen and all of the artists, so if that's a genuine worry, there's honestly no need.
This kind of situation stresses both of us out, but I hope you understand why I did it and how I must've felt too.

@@Spetsialista I don't have an issue with the crediting, that wasn't a problem at all - It's solely the permission man, I saw that Space Pirates was also taken off due to Copyright well before mine, so what does that tell you? By not asking the artist you run the risk of your channel getting a strike and most people don't leave a comment before filing a claim, yet I wanted to warn you that this did upset me, similarly to how you're feeling now.
We'd like to think they would but realistically, people will fire the title into the search box and click whatever comes up first and I feel I speak for everyone when I say it would demoralise us greatly seeing someone else get the views for our hard work.
