@@colonelcider8292i mean it only makes sense, the rich clubs just buy talent unlike before when things were different, there are rare instances where someone actually does something amazing purely by passion. Napoli did it recently and that's why everyone loved it, look at the other leagues, most money teams will always win and money is something players cannot deny. It gets them the fame and stability in their career

@nishantsaxena5077 well I agree to some extent but I wouldn't say Napoli did it through passion.
It's not like the club decided to refuse transfers or purchases and it's not like all the players had an option to move but chose to stay in order to win with thag club. Its not like Napoli's players were all Napoli fans from childhood.
People loved it because it was an underdog story, not because of passion.
Anyway my main point was that "passion to win oil league" is a stupid argument to make. Like these players are linked with PSG, Bayern and Barcelona.
Barcelona is a sort of a exception because of Real Madrid but in LaLiga its still the second biggest club.
Barcelona and Real Madrid have been sucking up all the money from LaLiga.

This happened at Napoli too. All new players, many young future stars. They won the title after 33 years, a good squad who can go far in the UCL. The chairman has made 300 million and can make a far stronger side to compete for UCL (as he stated himself). Instead the manager left, the football director left, and 3-4 of the starting 11 want to leave. But City are even at risk of being stripped of the three Premier League titles they won between 2012 and 2018.
The champions have challenged the 115 charges and the case was in the hands of the head of its “independent judicial panel”, Murray Rosen KC.

That’s how mangers build new teams youth players as well pep , ancelotty ,Fergie, klopp , paysley ,chroif , to name that few players will move on when they’ve won as much as they can with that one club and learnt from who ever managed them so they want a new challenge like everyone who wants a new job or goal in life

Bernardo signed a new contract, Walker seems unlikely to leave. Yes, its true that City will let anyone who wants to leave, but realistically I doubt the players are trying to force themselves out except for Cancelo.
Cancelo also played in the preseason so I'm not sure if he has had a talk and is trying to play or something is going on behind the scenes

If anyone else wants a CL title they'd better get serious the next 2 years, I cant see City making a mess of this rebuild, they've already got a lot of the key parts there and their academy is really starting to produce results, not to mention how much money they've just taken of their wage bill, 2026 will be a terrifying year

Others players who left the club didn't get game time
Only 2 important players were Bernado and Walker and they didn't leave
Gundo left 😢 but that's the place where Julian is playing now so it's quite balanced now😅

Man City has been constantly changing their roster for years now. That's why the don't suffer from huge drops in performance like bayern, liverpool or recently real. They are rebuilding constantly.

The reason they want to leave is because no one is a full starter at City. They keep buying new talent every year and keep replacing players. They are not a real team. They are a bought success tea

Reason.. none of them is playing for the club because they genuinely love the club. First reason is money, second, opportunity to win trophies is like huge.. Once they win everything there is no more motiviation for some of the players..

Bernado wants to leave ages ago, he doesn't like the uk. Gundo wasn't happy about the length on the extension contract. City wants to sell cancelo, laporte, walker and mahrez are not happy with the game time. Even though I don't think walker and mahrez will leave.
