I buy rice there, it’s the only place I found black rice in Ormoc. Checking out is a bit of an event for sure.

My experience with 18 years coming to Ormoc as well as living here for 2 years after Yolanda and now is that do your shopping takes 10-15 minutes. Check out 30 minutes....oh well ... Filiipinos do not understand the word effient

Most of the Filipino brand of product similar to the USA are reasonably priced.
