That looked sensational.. what was even more encapsulating was how the owners/daughter explained everything .. the passion and care really came through.. so glad the food backed it up.. that well and truly deserved a 10 .. respect

They deserved a 10/10. The food looked amazing but the family and care they have for their tradition and food was warming 👏🏻

@@danielp0527 I am not. The food is great. I am merely pointing out it is stupid to rate a restaurant 10/10 when they live miles away and never heard of the place before. I have been going there for 10+ years. I have more right to talk about them then someone who might even live in another country. I am NOT hating on them. You also got to realise they act nicer because the camera is rolling

The girl in the shop is absolutely beautiful & the staff were tops that's before I mention the food and that looked sensational!

best review to date Matt, love seeing the whole story, the food, the family, the passion.
You can tell that is a top-notch place by the way all the chefs are standing around waiting for you to try the food, they want people to love their food and that is the difference between an OK place and an award-winning eatery, it's a bit far from me but if I'm ever down south I'll be sure to check them out.

That's literally called peer pressure and any reputable org like Michelin or James Beard would've dined like normal customers.
The food looks absolutely incredible. Kebab is one of, if not my favourite food, I was salivating the whole time lol. The people seem so genuine and lovely, it definitely looks like this place deserves the 10 rating.

Times are hard, getting a takeaway costs alot, so wen u have tht treat you want a cracking kebab and this place delivers, gr8 video mate.
The koupes, those little fried/boiled balls filled with meat, herbs etc, which the ladies sister made.... My favourite food on the entire planet. You put a tray of those in front of me and I will eat the lot!!

Is a soft G for Gillingham. Food always tastes better when they pay you to eat it. I prefer the genuine reviews but the owners sound honest and joy for their product

I’m from London but moved to gillingham a few years ago, I’m totally unbiased and think gillingham is a 💩hole but there is no doubt masters kebab is the best kebab shop, the quality of the meat and even the sauces are amazing, plus the service is always on point.
Has to be the best review I've seen sensational the lady was absolutely brilliant too
I really love the enthusiasm of this channel. The big bloke (who's name I can't remember) comes across as your average punter but has a wonderful expressive vocabulary.
You know you going into a proper place if they're wearing chef's whites. Someone who carves the donor rather than shaves it is a plus.
The food looked incredible and they're such a lovely family.
I've always found the Turkish, Cypriots and Greeks who run restaurants, to be solid passionate people.

The girl is stunningly beautiful, giving the information it,was sad the ordeal they all went through not being, able to contact their family in Turkey.

I think those first couple of dishes were what they had to make in the street food challenge of Masterchef. Really time consuming.

40 years ago the best kebab in England was Roland’s Bistro,,, in Gillingham.. I would drive 50o miles for their Kebab and Pizza.. best of the best.. looks like I need another trip to Gillingham.

As you are in Gillingham try milton kebab in Gravesend, I mentioned this before on here.
I know you tryed Express kebab in Margate, seriously give milton kebab a go if you are close.
Very nice high quality,the only thing that lets it down is they don’t do chicken donor

Fun to se a kebab shop acually proud of what they do.
Looks good. Marinated meat cooked over charcoal kicks ass. I bbq all year round, and even if it rains, I just pick up the little bbq and put it inside the big bbq, with the lid propped open a bit, to keep the rain off. Easy.
Kebab is so expensive in Turkey. Lovely kebab enjoy.
I'm going on holiday to Turkey, can't wait for the kebab
