I really find light triggers to be fascinating. Like, the idea of using a bright light to relax/sleep shouldn't work on paper. Lights keep the brain up and focused on them. Yet somehow when used in asmr, its one of the most relaxing things ever 😂
Finding good ASMR channels has become such a rarity that I barely watch it anymore. This channel however is excellent, the sound quality is immpecable and your voice is neither too quiet nor too loud, it's perfect. Keep up the grind, you are doing a fanstastic job mate.
