If you buy a car through a dealership, you have to have full insurance coverage on it until it’s paid off. If it’s a used car off a lot or private sale I’m not sure how that works.

There's a segment from Cops where a guy was pulled over for possible DUI. They asked him several times if he had drugs on him with complete denial. Eventually the cop pulls a joint from his ear like ya might put a cigarette for later 😆😆😆

The girl with the baby was not driving so her being drunk is only a minor offense. According to the waitress or bartender, the woman tripped and in doing so kicked the baby in the face. Sadly, she may walk away from this whole thing if it is her first offense. I hope that isn't the case but it is possible and foster care is not always a better option than the parent. If they are going to let her go, I hope that the judge has her on random testing for drugs and alcohol and if she ever shows positive while the child is in her care they take the child from her.

It means "the people who deserve to get hurt, never get hurt", which is obviously untrue as an absolute statement, but refers to something like the first guy in this compilation speeding and crashing into an innocent woman's car, only to come out of it virtually unharmed himself, despite 'his car' being a wreck.
Kids getting hurt would be the WRONG people getting hurt. Not the right people.

Whenever a person is caught with drugs in the car with others, the cops will try to decide who owns the drugs. If they cannot decide who the owner is, everyone in the car will go to jail. Sometimes-- like this case-- the other people will tell the cops the truth because they do not want to go. In this case, two people told the same story so only one will get locked up. Any drug charge in the US could destroy a person's career forever-- especially if that career deals with children.
When people is caught? It's when people ARE caught!

If you have a vehicle make sure you have GAP insurance because what insurance does not pay if vehicles is totaled GAP insurance will cover the remaining balance.
Those of us who have insurance have to carry uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, that lady’s insurance will reimburse her the value of her car, hopefully they won’t try to cheat her by lowballing her on the value.
If your car is totalled in the US you're usually better off if it's your fault unfortunately. If it's your fault your premiums go up but the insurance will cover the vehicle. If it's the other person's fault, the other person's insurance company is going to argue it wasn't their fault and it could be a while before it's settled and you see any money which sucks if you are still paying on it.

In the US, if you are financing a car, they make you get full coverage until you finish paying it off. So unless that lady let her insurance lapse, they will do a write-off on it. She just has to hope the insurance covers the loan so it can be paid off.
If you still owe money on a car you're required to have collision and comprehensive coverage.
The mother٫ and that's being nice٫ that took her kid with her in the bar thought she was big and bad. You don't take your child into a bar with you for one and you definitely don't kick them in the face! That's where I lost my mind watching the video. I had to pause it for a minute. Let her call her lawyer and tell him or her she kicked her child in the face while she was hammered in the middle of the day in a bar. I bet they'll disagree with her thinking she's queen shit.

In Florida, if no one claims the drugs found in the vehicle or if everyone blames someone else, Everyone in the vehicle gets arrested for it.

In Washington State if you're the driver and that's your car, )you're the owner of the car,) if there are drugs, an open cintainer of alcohol, or paraphernalia found inside, it's the driver who takes the blame. That's why, in Washington, you never want to let anyone in your car who does drugs and likely has drugs on them.
The drunk girl with the kid, I think I recall she lslt custody of her kid not long after. CPS determine she was neglecting her child and beside drinking, she smoked cigs and did a little bit of other drugs. And of course child abuse. Sadly the father was just as messed up so the child went into foster care. WHich is probably for the best. At such young age, they may not remember much of their past as they age.
