Why can’t I choose Apple TV from your app menu 😮
Worst decision we've made the new remote control is very poor, no last channel button and the voice control skip forward/backward is very hit and miss (doesn't recognise the difference between two and to). There is no my shows/ recording button you have to make several button presses to find programmes. I would pay to be able to change back to the old remote and system.
Not really easier to use. I'm in no rush and still struggling to keep my TiVo backlog below 100%.
Can it go on a tv up stairs with out a box.

My 85 year old mother has just been talked into a new Virgin contract by someone in India. A new remote has arrived that does not seem to be compatible with her old Virgin box. The only thing that works is the volume control. I will be ringing to complain!

Do not get this, since we changed over have had nothing but problem's. Currently looking into cancelling and getting freeview recorder.

Do not enter this nightmare guys, I contracted a sim mobile plan from them and even after canceling the contract and paying everything, with the attendant confirming that everything is settled and canceled (after 50 minutes on the phone), I just received an email with a bill to be paid next month. Here we go again to more stress
Just pay it then, how is it stress when it’s a direct debit anyways lol

The 360 is a laggy, buggy, awkward piece of junk and Virgin should be ashamed of hawking such a poor-quality product... makes me miss my Tivo and that's saying something, cos the Tivo wasn't exactly great either.

Looking into virgin, currently have sky, why do you say it’s so bad?
@@danielbazinga from what I’ve seen, there’s an outstanding bug to do with audio, The box itself doesn’t pass through multichannel audio, very well.
Assuming you’ve got a Q Dan, you at least have a 2TB Hardrive option, virgin stock on one, the major difference is basically 4K around the house.
That being said if you really want 4K on each of your tellys/projectors, it may be worth looking into the sky stream (sky glass without the telly) started taking orders today (October 18). If you can’t find it on sky‘s website, go to the deals tab. You can get it on an 18 month contract or a 31 day rolling starting at £26 and £29 respectively.
A lot of people haven’t liked the virgin TV go app, apparently, according to some reviewers, that’s a bit of a mess too.
Some guy just basically said I’m going back to sky.
What I will say about virgin (at least in my experience) I really like the broadband, I’ve also had it with sky TV, it works really well together, but then again sky decided that they were going to let every sky TV customer have access to the VOD content regardless of somebody’s ISP.

VIRG med is absolutely the worst service provider in the UK. They are thieves with the poorest customer service ever provided. DO SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU.
5 days no broadband. Pitiful compensation. Avoid Virgin Media like the plague.

Listen to your customers. The new preface and face and software of the new 360 is horrible. No one disliked the old style
