    Great work and a beautiful table. You could hold material even better if you fly cut BOTH sides of the MDF.

      Thanks! Totally, both side works better I just hate all the dust :-)

      @@imagineform I hear ya, even with a great dust collector that fine stuff still gets everywhere. Again, great job on the table.

    great vacuum table
    im going to do something similar. i dont want to lose the clamp down table . im thinking about making vacuum boards like yours but more like a pod style that would bolt down to the old table

    hi, great work on table, ... how does the top plywood holds in place . is the vacuum powerful enough that can hold down the top plywood. do you have any holes in your firs 1/2 MDF. thank you

      @imagineform  7 років тому

      +Max Smith there are no holes! I fly cut the MDF and it is porous enough to suck air thru. Thanks

    Hi do you know where and how to put G42 on this machine for square / round shape parts?

  • @Z-add
    @Z-add 5 років тому

    So when you are nesting the parts will all hold down and you don't have to do tabs.

      There are so many factors, if I’m using a strait flute cutter and keep my pieces bigger than about 6x6 they are fine

    Hi,
    I have a CNC router I want to make a vacuum table for however my CAD skills are in their infancy. Do you know if there are places you can buy table designs or do you sell your CAD design?
    If not do you design it in a 3d Cad or a 2d Cad program.
    Thanks

      I can give you what I did, it’s mostly 2d. I think I used either s pencil toolpath or an engrave. Email me tom @ imagineform.com

    HOW MUCH HP VACUUM PUMP IS REQUIRED FOR THIS TABLE?

    • @imagineform
      @imagineform  Рік тому

      I have a 10hp, but I think it’s a bit overkill. Really depends on what you are planning on holding and how porous it is

    Hello . what material is made of?
    Thank you

      I believe it is HDPE. They were bathroom stall dividers that were replaced in our local elementary school. They were about an inch thick and very heavy.
