Alun please go and take Daz with you , you have had your time and it's not good enough, if you were in any other job you would have been sacked. The club can't afford to sack you so step aside and get another job.
My take on this is that we are one dimensional, we don't seem to have a plan B , the players are good enough if played in right formation ,AA needs to look at himself and get the belief back, seems we are treading water at the moment. Not what I expected for the new season start.
the sooner they get rid of the coaching team including the manager the better. They are going nowhere. They need a good coach and man manager. I honestly think the manager is not capable of managing at this level, so he has no chance of getting us up. I have seen amateur coaches motivate teams better than this. He just blames everything.
It should never have been allowed to get to this embarrassing stage. The writing has been on the wall since January. Four victories and 30 odd games later here we are! There’s a guy above AA who should shoulder the blame for not acting as he should’ve done when things turned from bad to worse in the second half of last season, which bizarrely culminated in AA being given a 2 year contract. Not too sure too many of us “owners” would’ve agreed to that one, but Johnston appears to be dictating everything his way come what may. In the mean time it’s us fans who suffer on his whims. We’re at a very dangerous stage as a fan owned club. The future is far from bright if it continues!
You seem to have selective memory here. The 10 league games before Alun's new contract we won 3, drew 4, lost 3. That's a fine run of results. Handing him a new contract seemed the right thing to do. No one could have predicted what was the follow. That's not DJ's fault. As for sacking Alun, we can't. It doesn't make financial sense. But the poor run of results rests at his feet, and he should walk IMO.
@@aidoxl5 you claimed he was offered a contract when we had poor form. That is absolutely, 100%, incorrect. You are wrong. You claim that the owners wouldn't have agreed to extend his contract by 2 years. That is a lie. You are wrong. Have a look back at the time.
Yes I think David Johnson has done well for the club but has also made some bad decisions he needs to address them now and sack AA now before it's to late
💯 persent correct when I think about it I'm just fed up I no it boils down to money non manger at any level in any business football or not would have been let go bye now so AA do the write thing and step down
@@darrenrodgers8975 Darren needs to shoulder a lot of blame too. He's the defensive coach, yet our defence has been unbelievably poor for too long. Your defence should be the foundation that you build your team on. If the opposition doesn't score, you get points. Simple.
At the end off the day they should both be dismissed but it won't happen because they are under contract poor decision bye the board but something needs to change now or we will be down bye Christmas I'm afraid it's just not good enough I'm sick to death off no response from the board there will be no football club and no surporters if this Carey's on we are a joke getting more poor management something needs to be done now
@@darrenrodgers8975 the decision to give them a longer contact seems poor now, but didn't at the time. Their performance is worthy of the sack. But sacking them could cost us about the same as what we raised in boost the budget, probably more. That's a hell of a lot of money to gamble on the next manager being able to turn the team around. We will not be down by Christmas. Stop being so dramatic! The club cannot respond as there's nothing for the club to say regarding it. You need to grow up. Our club's support is fairly performance inelastic, so doesn't really change if we're playing well or not. Hence spending over £100k (maybe more like £200k) on sacking the managers is a massive risk with almost certainly no reward.
Not a good day today it's time for a new manger asap

A manager who is not good at this level. A squad that seems to be good at going forward but cant defend
Hopefully this has motivated us for Tuesday

Armstrong out ! No more
Groundhog Day....how many times does this have to happen before something is done. There needs to be a change

There need to be a statement before Tuesday to say AA is sack I sick of saying not good enough 💯 Change mow
Just a thought , perhaps the management isn't good enough, that means you and. Alan.
Worst team we played this season up to date, good luck rest of season, your going to need it, as for Bucks, play offs minimum.
Agree
One to eleven. Good I am number sixteen.😀

Embarrassing, so much for 'we will keep getting better'.
how much longer are we going to keep playing this goalkeeper, always out of position.
