Yo I'm a recovering addict and I like to listen to this while I work out. Whenever I feel withdrawal from fentanyl I go lift weights and I listen to these stories. Good stuff I tell you what
@@denisenoe7746I wonder where the second woman at the end came from. I thought the other wife was dead. Anyway, a relief after the last two. But better ones to come 😊
This episode is ambiguous. Are we supposed to think George Muncy is fantasizing that he is the deposed prince of a small principality? Or is he actually a deposed prince who has assumed the identity of a "regular" person?
@@Robbie_S Someone writing a brief synopsis of this episode seemed to assume he was kind of like Walter Mitty in escaping from the mundane realities of financial struggle and mundane failure into the fantasy that he was supposed to be the monarch of a tiny European principality. I'm really unsure and I think the listener is meant to be unsure. However, no one other than George Muncy/Daniel Prince appears to suggest he really is a prince and might regain his throne. At the end, it is clear he is in a mental institution and made it into a castle in his mind.

Your initial thought is correct, the latter, No.
