- It's been a while and I figured I'd give you guys a much needed update. Spend the day with me why don't you!
First Starbucks because that's always a good way to start our day. I have quite a few errands to run, but I also need to give you guys the rundown on how my home warranty insurance company played me and now I'm suing them.
So here goes nothing. My A/C malfunctioned during the summer and I reached out to the warranty company. The were unable to find a tech, and it was recommended that I find my own so I did just that. Found my own tech paid the service fee, and the fee associated with what needed to be repaired, and I sent all that information off to the warranty company (because those are the steps they insisted I take). Long story short my claim was denied because I didn't get prior approval for the work, and NOW IM MAD! Not little mad big mad lol.
Someone's going to give me my $1,500 and if I have to sue them in small claims court don't you know without hesitation IM ON IT LIKE HOT GRITS!
