There are no cooldowns it seems. Heared from, and myself got 2 purples after each other. theoretically with passive you can have 2x 2 purples in a row, just depends on luck
@@luzifersohn5010 Hey, thanks for sharing your experience! When you received the purples one after another, was it all at once, like, from looting *one* container? Or did you receive two purple furnishing plans from two different containers (one from a wardrobe lets say, and then another from a nightstand). What I'm trying to ask is if your CP passive is what gave you the double purple drop, or if that was not the case. If it's the former situation, then yes, ofc this is definitely possible. What I am not so sure is possible is the ability to get two purple plans from two different containers in such a short span of time. This is why the community prefers farming a location on a bunch of different toons, rather than sticking to the same toon and farming the same spot - because they can not receive another purple plan for some time, and they find it more reliable to swap toons instead (since those toons would not be on a cooldown).
My experience is: green, blue and purple recipes all have different timers. Green ones maybe 10 mins, blue 20-30 mins and purple several hours. So far my shortest timer between purples for 1 char is 20 hours. And might I add, I have excel file with dates and times since 2020 for each purple I've found! Stolen purple furnishing plans (or golden) have separate timers. So you CAN steal and loot a purple recipe back to back.
Just remember, I don’t know if you mentioned it, but you should definitely be sure to have the “homemaker” champion point slottable for that extra 10% chance to find a second plan

You have to use your champion points on that skill, then equip the skill to your active champion skills bar (you can have 4 active champion skills from each differently colored skill tree). Just go into the champion points menu and into the green tree and you should be able to get it done- alternatively there are probably guides here on YT and elsewhere on how to do it step by step 😊@@amandahamm8987
someone once said "the first million gold is the hardest to get" and I was sure they were talking about luxury furnishing and flipping items but the more I learn I am sure it comes down to knowledge. Knowing what sells and where to get it and also being able to tackle more difficult content
there is also a limit to how many containers you can loot in a set time. in nchunthkarst if you loot from the start, along the corridor to the central platform, by the time you get to the middle all containers will show up as empty. loot the central area (circle around the group boss) only for speed and rotate multiple toons there
im in a housing guild and with some testing we've come to the conclusion that there is no cooldown, but a debuff. As a guild we were able to document pulling 2 plans for 2-3 chests BUT it happened a handful of time over a few hours across 200ish people. So to treat it as a CD probably will generate more loot, regardless of if it's A CD or a debuff to drop chance.
I found a couple of paintings etc in chests in orcrest public dungeon in northern elsewhere also found a few blue and green that I had come as unknown I like learning so I can craft for myself and although I don’t tend to keep the paintings I think I have started to appreciate how detailed they can be so pretty!
Funny enough Castle Thorn, my son and I Que for it at least twice a week ( he Tanks, I Heal). If the DPS speed run, we follow, if they want to loot everything, peachy.. cause he and I are going to go back and check every box, barrel, crate, desk, backpack...etc. the number of lootable items in that dungeon is insane! Other than some that you mentioned already, that's my favorite. I've never walked out with at least a Blue furnishing motif.
Just got a markarth door, double plan today which is apparently worth like 400k on xbox NA so that was super cool. Also, from my experience the cooldown is 15 minutes-ish. One last sidenote - I'm pretty sure the containers in Xul-Thuxis are glitched, but not in a bad way. I've had a blue furnishing plan, a purple furnishing plan, and a blue recipe all drop from the same container, without even having that champion point passive. Not sure why it works like that but I'm not complaining.
I started a new character a few weeks ago for the Thieves guild and went breaking into houses for sellable loot when I cam across a furnishing plan worth just over a million. When I left the house I was stopped by a guard, and in my excitement having found the plan, I paid the guard off, totally forgetting that he will take everything I stole as well. I was so mad with myself and my stupidity, I had to get out of the game to cool down for a few hours. I still can't get over how stupid I was.
Upvote so new viewers can see this, ive met a lot of people who dont know she has this passive, or dont know you can activate the skill while shes gone cuz she gets annoying asf lol BLACKWOOD UPDATE: Obtain Mirri Elandris as a companion, or complete the meta-achieves linked to her and youll get a memento that activates her passive without summoning her. Passive | Mirri's Expertise: 30% chance of extra loot from treasure map chests, and other overland chests, thru hidden compartments. This does stack with Treasure Hunter perks from the CP tree.
As a newbie ESO player I really love your videos and your site! I find myself spending more time with that than actually in-game to gain all the knowledge you're giving us 😁😁😁
Ahh good to know i thought the cd would be much longer... Or maybe i am just unlucky at looting 😅 Ps congratz to 1k you deserve it your videos are very informative and well made👏
I don't think you are the only one haha, I have seen some forum posts about how some people swear that their cooldown lasts an entire day! That is some bad RNG lol And thank you very much! :D
thx for the guid. I am making alot of Gold now. I don`t use the house option really. Making my gold with thieving and exploration. Found a lot of rare furniture
I used to run for Murkmire plans. In my experience the cooldown is 15m per color. So you pull one green, then the next time you roll it, you just get Ash, or Gnawed Bone. But you can also get 1 blue, and 1 purple, within that same 15m cooldown. I haven't been able to fine-tune whether these are independent of one another, or if it's global starting with the first one you pull of any color. White furnishing plans don't respect this, and have no cooldown. I pretty reliably was able to start with my dude parked in Murkmire, loot and logout, then run through Writs on 4 alts, go back to my plan farmer for another run, do my last 4 writ mules, and back to dude for one final one, in a :30 play session.
Ok yeah I have read a fair amount of posts on the forums from players that have had the same experience as yourself, where they suggest that a cooldown is applied to the possibility of looting another furnishing plan of the same colour, rather than the possibility of looting ANY furnishing plan, regardless of colour. I've also heard that the cooldown for purple furnishing plans lasts far longer than the cooldown for a lesser colour (blue or green). It would be really awesome if zos just straight up told us what is really going on here haha And that is a pretty efficient grind there! Take notes people!
Yeah, I think purple has a longer cool down. I've also looted two green furnishing plans in less than 2-3 minutes apart from eachother (this was in the servants quarters in the Reach).
Hey, watched your video. Never heard of the furnishing CD before. So I decided I would try to check some of the spots you mentioned in the video, logged off char after I found something. Later on, I was doing dailies in Cyroo and while doing that, I looted one house. I got a green plan for Nord Torch, Triple so I thought that was it. However, I looted the rest of the room and I immediately after that looted blue plan for Cured Meat Pile. So...this could mean variety of things. Either the CD works only at some spots and not in Cyroo. Or is the CD possibly unique for different plans - provisioning, BS, etc? Edit: Or did I misunderstand and the CD is only for higher rarity?
Ohhh that is really good to know! I would imagine that the CD can be applied in every region of the game, so I think what this means is that there isn't one universal cooldown that affects all rarities of furnishing plans, but rather, there is a separate cooldown for each rarity! So once you loot a green plan (like the nord torch), you get put on a cooldown and are unable to receive other green plans until the green-plan CD is over This means that you may still be able to loot a blue or purple plan though, as seen when you grabbed the cured meatpile shortly afterward. This discovery reinforces what a few others have said in the comments of this video as well! Man, I wish I had known this beforehand so that I could have included this in the video! I will be sure to add this info to the pinned comment (:
@@Arttea Thank you for the reply. I did a bit of browsing and came across this, quote "a plan of a certain quality drops-e.g. blue or purple-there is a 15-minute cooldown until another plan of that quality can drop for that character". So guess that would make sense. I was a bit baffled when I got 2 plans in a row as you did not mention any rarity specifics in the video :)
Fantastic!! Just down from the Shimmerine Monsatary is a house where you can steal a lot of stuff. There's only two npcs there, I get a lot of recipes and noticed the only cool down is on purple recipes. If you're farming green and blue it isn't so bad.
I am somewhat new to PCNA been on Consol since launch just found your videos and subsequently Subscribed. Great content great information thank you for sharing. I don’t know why but PC feels more lonely than console LOL
Welcome to PC NA! Haha I’m not quite sure what you mean by “lonely”, but I’ve only ever played on PC NA so I wouldn’t know about any kind of social differences to be fair
Fargrave is one of the best places I only half believe that cool down I know people that have gotten double drops of purple plans I also think that it is more so the type of plan like Breton and deadlands for example also tenmar in northern Elsweyr is a good spot (can’t think of the full name!) Try nice little room in Death Valor Keep it’s in High Isle!
Top quality video, looking forward to seeing more of these! Also as a side note - it's been a long time since I've heard an intro song that I actually enjoyed, yours is so good!

Great video. Definitely didn’t know about the cool down. That greymoor dungeon is by far one of my favorite places to go to. My only problem is I keep learning the ones I pick up. Probably killing my gold potential but I’m a bit ocd that way and want all of the plans lol
Not quite farming but I like to get cheap purple Master writs (or blue in jewelry) from guild trader's, do dailys or ask for spares in guild chats, use my writ points to get random Purple or blue furnishing plans, very often I find myself with plans worth alot. Compared to grinding in public dungeons etc I usually end up with green plans I already have learned or doesn't sell well. Farming is definitely more fun though, running around from wayshrine to forges can be tedious lol
You can actually get the Khajiit skooma bubbler (both the design and the furnishing piece) from the dailies Zahari gives you, so that is not an item you can only steal.
in the vid you didnt mention that the cooldowns vary by colour. the green cooldown can be way under 30 min, ive pulled 2 from a single nchunthkarst run. purple is a lot lonoger than 30 min but a great vid detailing to beginners :D
I was wondering about farming these furnishings plans: How effective is farming dungeons, as in the mobs, for plans like this? are certain (types of) plans only available from monsters or the opposite, from looting houses? Thanks again for the help! BTW, I'm slowly building up my knowledge of green furnishing plans thanks to your tips! I think I also have a few blue green ones, but no higher ones yet. I'm sure I'll get them one day though!
So, I wanted to share something I've discovered with furnishing plans. Each plan quality has separate cooldowns; green 10 min, blue 1 hour, and purple 20 hours respectively. BUT, I've also found out that each type of pattern (ie. Dwarven, fargrave, vampiric, etc.) has its own separate cooldown, so you can't farm two purple vampiric plans in one day, but you can get a purple solitude on one toon, and a purple vamp on another, but once you get one of all possible purples in any one zone, you can't loot any more until each of those individual cooldown expire.
Please ignore everything I've said in these comments. I learned that it's not true. Not entirely. I made assumptions and got too excited with the stuff. I finally figured it out though. You get one guaranteed purple plan. Once a day per account, and the chance refreshes during the daily reset. So if, say, I wanted to farm purple ayleid plans, I'd need to make sure I didn't get any other purple plans that day before farming that location for plans. Blue plans are 1 hour per toon, and greens 10 mins, but purples had been elusive for awhile.
Really good informative vid. Thanks! Also, I always call that dungeon in Blackreach Nut-Churn-Hurts. It's what my brain grabbed first time I read it. Lol
Reading this made my day :D I will definitely have to return to my channel's roots at some point and showcase some more farming routes - although this time I may do material farming routes :)
I’ve already beaten Western Skyrim with one character but I admit I wish I could find some good farming spots. It thing is, I may have to use some of the furnishing plans in case there are any I may not have. I can’t play anyway because of a busted PS4 controller.
Strange: I looted the Dreloth ancestral tomb today. I got a green design, then 30 seconds later a blue one, then a minute later purple. I stayed on the same character without logging out. Maybe the cooldown is on each color? I'm happy about the result, even if it isn't what I expected.
Ah yes, the pinned note has been updated to state that greens and blues don't drop on cooldown, as this was an old video. It's generally understood that the way cooldowns work as well is not that an additional item WILL NOT drop within a certain time frame (on cooldown), but rather that it's drop chances plummet significantly while on cooldown. This means that it is still technically possible to receive items within the specified time frame, but so long as you still remain on cooldown, your chances are significantly hindered.
@@Arttea Yeah. I'm stuck between wanting the Alinor Crest Townhouse and Lucky Cat Landing. I'm leaning more toward the Alinor Crest Townhouse because I like the interior more, however I like the exterior of Lucky Cat Landing more than the Alinor one.
Oof, why not both? ;) I guess it depends on what you're looking to furnish. I LOVE interior decorating (I'm not as good with the outdoor stuff) so I'd go with the Alinor Crest Townhouse if I had to choose ;p
@@Arttea Well I do plan on getting both, but not at the same time because I'm gonna have to spend crowns on both, and Lucky Cat Landing can only be bought with crowns too Someone did tell me Lucky Cat Landing seems to have a more Khajiit theme
Yess it really does! One of my buddies is a Khajiit main and he did an awesome job decorating his Lucky Cat Landing. The interior synergizes well with Anequina and Khajiiti furnishings! I know that you can buy the Alinor townhouse with gold (is it 1mil?) once you get the Summerset Saviour achievement; does the Lucky Cat landing have something similar to that? It'd save ya a lot of crowns if so!
Though playing ESO for some time I just started with housing. So I still have a very long way to go. ;-) But this vid is extremely helpful. And also very well done. Thanks a lot. (And of course: Liked and subscribed)
@@Arttea Totally true ;-). I bought the "Lucky Cat" some time ago, but did not really know what to do. Then someone showed my what you CAN do. (He created a small castle where before ther was only a frozen lake). There is so much room for creativity - and you can also add a bit of RPG to it. And it will become THE money sink for me. Btw, I already found some more good tips in your other videos. One more time - thanks a lot.
Awesome guide! I was wondering if there is any use to go grind mobs for furnishing plans? I do my plan routes and got some solid success but I'd love to know if there are droppable plans outside of the ayleid plans that is
Hmm that is a good question! I have not heard anything about there being any cooldowns associated with receiving furnishing plans from daily reward coffers... I’d like to think that these cooldowns are only associated with the notion of looting/searching, and that receiving a plan from a reward coffer would not be affected by this. From my personal experience (spamming solitude dailies way back in the day), it definitely felt like I was getting solitude plans at a rate that was much greater than only 1 plan per 15/30 minutes, which would suggest that there is no cooldown. Unless there IS a cooldown that lasts much shorter than 15/30 minutes - argh I wish all of this information was made readily available haha :’)
Hey Arttea! Was wondering if I could pick your brain on a few plan farming locations. I have been looking everywhere for good routes and locations for the rare Redguard patterns (ie. Redguard satchel, heavy, which is going for 45 mil on PCNA) or routes for the rare purple Dwarven plans. Sadly, no one seems to have any goood info for the Redguard plans.
Hey there! Those redguard furnishings are worth so much because they do not drop from the hlaalu master furnisher’s document, so you can’t farm them that way. They are base game furnishings, so they also can’t be farmed in any specific location, which further explains why they are so expensive. So I’m afraid I can’t point you in the direction of some location that would drop them, sorry!
@@Arttea No worries. I wasn't sure if you knew a overland, delve, public dungeon, etc., location where people would have a farming route with containers and such that had a confirmed chance to drop them, even if rare. I'll keep looking around and see if I can't find some kind of farming route for Redguard plans. Ty for your response!
@@Arttea it's in reachwind Depths. Near the bottom left hand side of the reach map. Once you enter go right untill you see a grate enter it and keep following the path until you find the zone should be about the 3rd zone
So the furnishing plan cooldown counts even for green ones? Another person on a forum says the cooldown is only for purple blueprints Although I think you may be able to find another green blueprint before the 30 minute cooldown is done, but it won't be a blueprint for that zone, instead some random normal one. (this is my hypothesis) I've been using that spot at murkmire you showed in your video where you were stealing and have been getting some good luck and it seems better luck when hopping between my accounts..
After much more research and discussing my findings with many other players, yes, it seems like green plans are not on a cooldown, but it appears as if blue and purple ones are. Their cooldowns are also independent of one another. For example, finding a blue plan will not put you on a cooldown for purple furnishing plans. I'm glad to hear that you've been able to find some decent plans there! And yes, that is the general consensus among my community*: swapping toons to farm the same area after you've received a blue or purple plan is the way to go, seeing as you won't be hindered by any cooldown.
I play on PS4 and have looted and sold several Aeylid bookshelves, two Khajit Braziers (only one has sold, though) and tons of random Dwarven and Solitude plans, Telvanni/Redoran/Hlallu etc motifs. I currently seek the virtually impossible Morrowind Banner of the 6th House. I've yet to encounter anyone who's looted it or can tell me what specifically drops it.
So I've been farming that spot in blackwood that you get from starting the quest for about a week now on a few alts but I can not get a purple, I'm hoping its just my RNG and I'm not doing anything wrong lol, I get plenty of blue and then if I do get a purple its like a standard design thats worth no more than 10k, I never get a leyawiin purple :')
Aww sorry to hear it! Farming furnishing plans really is an RNG game - it's why it isn't one of my preferred ways to make gold, but rather, something that I do passively, or from time to time for just a few moments. I don't think you are doing anything wrong, purple plans are just rare in nature (it's why they are so expensive! some leyawiin plans still sell for upwards of 1 mil on PC NA for example!) so it will just be very difficult to find one! Should you continue searching containers in Blackwood, I wish you all the best! May RNGesus have mercy on your soul ;p
@@Arttea Thanks for your reply, I guess RNG can be cruel sometimes but I will persevere until I get that expensive purple plan! Then maybe start getting my accounts ready for crafting writ dailies Gained a sub from your great response, ty again!
Daily crafting writs is another amazing way to reliably make gold - and a lot of it too once you have a whole army of toons that can do them, albeit not a very thrilling way to make gold haha. Good luck with the plan hunting, and thank you for your sub! :D
Yeah and I'm only just starting daily writs at 930CP obviously now I wish I started training my alts earlier :') Also omfg I literally just got a purple leyawin plan the octopus pie or something worth 1.2m-1.5m :D im stoked, thankyou again!!
I think the cool down information is incorrect. I have gotten multiple plans before and after CP adjustment in just one run, including multiple purples in a row
Were they all furnishing plans? Purple recipes and motifs are not on the cooldown that I am referring to. And when you say “run”, how much time were you referring to? This is the first I’ve ever heard of someone getting multiple *purples*! Lastly, where did you farm these motifs. Supposedly, there is an area in Markarth whose containers ignore the cooldown!
@@Arttea for me a run is just once through somewhere. I’ve had it in markarth, western Skyrim, vvardenfell. And yes they were furnishing plans. I usually get anywhere from 5-20 per run depending on where I am and how big the run is. Never take a me more than 15 minutes for one run
@@geektasticcrafts2537 20 plans in 15 minutes on the same character? Oh my goodness that is insane! I mean it, totally unheard of! You are very lucky my friend 😄 Don’t let the devs find out haha I wonder if the drop rate differs across platform, that’s the only different piece of data that I can see here. The cooldown theory has been pretty well established by community members on Reddit and the eso forums, but perhaps they were all PC players? I’ll have to take another look!
Oh also I should add - each plan supposedly has a different cooldown timer. White plans have no cooldown, greens have around 5 minutes, blues around 15-30, and purples even more. Does that line up with your experience? We’re you mostly picking up white or green plans? Thank you by the way for answering my questions, they will come in really handy for others that are also interested in this (:
Nice! What were the colours of the plans? Cooldowns are colour-specific, so you may get a blue and a purple back to back since they do not share a cooldown
@@Arttea could you remind me, if I get a furnished from let’s say a dragon drop in Elsweyr, can I get one from the dailies there in the same 20 hour time frame or is the cool down for the whole zone?
My understanding is that there are separate timers for each colour, rather than just one global cooldown - many thanks to those that commented and shared their experiences in the comments of this video! :) So if you were to get a green plan, you will be placed on a cooldown for being able to pick up another plan that is green, but you still have a chance to grab a blue or a purple. If you were to then grab a purple, let's say 3 mins later, you would get placed on another cooldown for purple plans. Given what folks have said in the comments, it seems like the green plans have shorter cooldowns, blue plans have a little bit longer ones, and purple plans have very extensive cooldowns.
@@Arttea - Thanks. I had a guildy say the same thing but was curious what others had experienced. I haven't done much pattern hunting yet. I've done quite a bit of treasure boxing and stealing primarily for specific equipment but also to raise skill lines and make some money. I've gotten patterns stealing but don't recall if I've gotten patterns or recipes treasure boxing. Probably did but don't remember.
In my experience there is no cooldown on furnishing plans. I looted 3 purple ones back to back on one character last night. So I would definetly not confirm the cooldown theory
@@tenarustdbrngr1203 ah yes, so if you got 2 purple plans at the same time, that is from the homemaker cp passive. The regular cooldown rules would have still applied right after you looted those 2 plans. Indeed it is! But when you do get two purple plans, it’s amazing 😄
I believe the cool down only applies to purple designs. I have found more than one blue at one time and blues and greens. But I have never found two purples back to back without waiting for the assumed cooldown. The same cooldown applies to farming Vvardenfell motifs. There is 100% a cool down on those.

I like your profile pic lmao
But thank you!! :D
Upvote so new viewers can see this, ive met a lot of people who dont know she has this passive, or dont know you can activate the skill while shes gone cuz she gets annoying asf lol
BLACKWOOD UPDATE:
Obtain Mirri Elandris as a companion, or complete the meta-achieves linked to her and youll get a memento that activates her passive without summoning her.
Or maybe i am just unlucky at looting 😅
Ps congratz to 1k you deserve it your videos are very informative and well made👏
I don't think you are the only one haha, I have seen some forum posts about how some people swear that their cooldown lasts an entire day! That is some bad RNG lol
And thank you very much! :D
thx for the guid. I am making alot of Gold now. I don`t use the house option really. Making my gold with thieving and exploration. Found a lot of rare furniture
The servants quarters in reachwind depths is my favorite spot.
It would be really awesome if zos just straight up told us what is really going on here haha
And that is a pretty efficient grind there!
So once you loot a green plan (like the nord torch), you get put on a cooldown and are unable to receive other green plans until the green-plan CD is over
This means that you may still be able to loot a blue or purple plan though, as seen when you grabbed the cured meatpile shortly afterward.
Sure do like farming routes the more I learn the better 🙂
Top quality video, looking forward to seeing more of these!
Also as a side note - it's been a long time since I've heard an intro song that I actually enjoyed, yours is so good!
Thank you so much! One of my buddies that I met in ESO made it specifically for me, and I love it :D
@@Arttea Do they make more music like this or mainly short jingles?
@@johnnybojan They are a freelance recording engineer and producer, so they've actually worked with a fair amount of different kinds of music. He's produced a lot of coldwave/darkwave, 80's sounding music! (: Mostly whole entire songs, not really jingles!
Oh neato, I did not know! Thanks for the info! :)
in the vid you didnt mention that the cooldowns vary by colour. the green cooldown can be way under 30 min, ive pulled 2 from a single nchunthkarst run. purple is a lot lonoger than 30 min but a great vid detailing to beginners :D
Deadlands patch, Oblivion portal. Earned 2 purple Praxis: Deadlands Door in sequence, from chest which appears after defeating the last boss.
Nice one! Yes, those world event chests do not count as “containers” (like backpacks, drawers, cabinets, etc) so cooldowns do not apply to them!
@@Arttea thanks for explaining)
I was wondering about farming these furnishings plans:
How effective is farming dungeons, as in the mobs, for plans like this?
are certain (types of) plans only available from monsters or the opposite, from looting houses?
Thanks again for the help!
BTW, I'm slowly building up my knowledge of green furnishing plans thanks to your tips! I think I also have a few blue green ones, but no higher ones yet. I'm sure I'll get them one day though!
Wow the more you know. Great vid.
In addition to this, I neglected to mention, this 20h cooldown per type of plan is account wide
Also, I challange you to test this out yourself if you feel inclined to do so. Go find some rare purple plans and make some stonks. XP
Incredible!!! Thanks so much! 😉🙂😀👍
This is great. Watching a 2nd time so I can mark those places in my head
So very helpful. Thank you.
Really good informative vid. Thanks! Also, I always call that dungeon in Blackreach Nut-Churn-Hurts. It's what my brain grabbed first time I read it. Lol
Nut churn hurts haha that’s brilliant 😅
Great content! This is my favorite video so far! I started watching fir your farming routes and kept watching for all the great info you share 👍🏻
Reading this made my day :D
I will definitely have to return to my channel's roots at some point and showcase some more farming routes - although this time I may do material farming routes :)
I heard stealing with auto lute on can reduce your chances of certain things dropping if you lute certain lock boxes etc…
my character has been on purple cooldown for about a week now, it seems. all i‘m getting in nchuthnkarst is white, green and blue. yay
Great content..definitely earned a sub. After looking through your uploads, I was wondering if you had a descent Malabal Tor chest route?
great video, really helpful.
Did the same thing in that greymoor public dungeon 😂😅
haha I am glad to hear that I wasn't the only one ;p
Oh wow I've been looking up how to get furnishings because I plan on actually furnishing a home and I ran into you on here! 🤣
Omg hey! Nice to see ya haha, good luck with the home! I look forward to seeing pictures of it on twitter ;)
@@Arttea Well I do plan on getting both, but not at the same time because I'm gonna have to spend crowns on both, and Lucky Cat Landing can only be bought with crowns too
Someone did tell me Lucky Cat Landing seems to have a more Khajiit theme
Yess it really does! One of my buddies is a Khajiit main and he did an awesome job decorating his Lucky Cat Landing. The interior synergizes well with Anequina and Khajiiti furnishings!
I know that you can buy the Alinor townhouse with gold (is it 1mil?) once you get the Summerset Saviour achievement; does the Lucky Cat landing have something similar to that? It'd save ya a lot of crowns if so!
Hey can you do best clam gall farm rotation. It is very simple and a great way to make big boi money
Facts. I still haven't mapped out a super-efficient route for clam gall, but I definitely need to for an upcoming farming video fo sho
Though playing ESO for some time I just started with housing. So I still have a very long way to go. ;-) But this vid is extremely helpful. And also very well done. Thanks a lot. (And of course: Liked and subscribed)
Oh man once you start with housing it’s hard to stop! 😅 Thank you for the sub! I hope my content can continue to serve you well!
One more time - thanks a lot.
ty for all the information, time to farm =)
good luck!! (: make that moneh!
Awesome guide! I was wondering if there is any use to go grind mobs for furnishing plans? I do my plan routes and got some solid success but I'd love to know if there are droppable plans outside of the ayleid plans that is
Your videos are awesome! What kind of editing software do you use?
Thank you! I use Cyberlink's PowerDirector to edit my videos (:
Great video. Thanks.
Ty for video..what abaut furninshing plans from daily quest? Are they connected with coolodown or it is just pure luck to win plans from daily?
How do the companion perks work with cooldowns, Can i get past cooldowns via azander's research portfolios?
Where can you farm imperial, Breton, markarth, and alinor plans?
Says 'fuck' then says 'heck'. Ain't no H E DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS in this house!
What if I find a furnishing plan, but not pick it up, will I have a cooldown then?
You missed the servants quarters in the reach it resets when you zone out and back in
I had not heard of that place before - thanks for sharing (:
@@Arttea it's in reachwind Depths. Near the bottom left hand side of the reach map. Once you enter go right untill you see a grate enter it and keep following the path until you find the zone should be about the 3rd zone
So the furnishing plan cooldown counts even for green ones? Another person on a forum says the cooldown is only for purple blueprints
Although I think you may be able to find another green blueprint before the 30 minute cooldown is done, but it won't be a blueprint for that zone, instead some random normal one. (this is my hypothesis)
I've been using that spot at murkmire you showed in your video where you were stealing and have been getting some good luck and it seems better luck when hopping between my accounts..
@@Arttea thanks for your response, i might've missed it but do you know where i can find the khajiit blueprints?
Hmm, what outfit gives you that backpack?
Lap after lap just taking a little more of your soul with each lap of your route lmao.
actual facts tho
Great video! Liked and subcribed!! I wanna catch them all!
Wrong world sorry
That backpack look so cool how u get it
I play on PS4 and have looted and sold several Aeylid bookshelves, two Khajit Braziers (only one has sold, though) and tons of random Dwarven and Solitude plans, Telvanni/Redoran/Hlallu etc motifs. I currently seek the virtually impossible Morrowind Banner of the 6th House. I've yet to encounter anyone who's looted it or can tell me what specifically drops it.
Ahh best of luck with that one! I heard that the mobs in the public dungeon "The Forgotten Wastes" have an EXTREMELY rare chance to drop it!
Then maybe start getting my accounts ready for crafting writ dailies
Gained a sub from your great response, ty again!
Daily crafting writs is another amazing way to reliably make gold - and a lot of it too once you have a whole army of toons that can do them, albeit not a very thrilling way to make gold haha.
Good luck with the plan hunting, and thank you for your sub! :D
Yeah and I'm only just starting daily writs at 930CP obviously now I wish I started training my alts earlier :')
Also omfg I literally just got a purple leyawin plan the octopus pie or something worth 1.2m-1.5m :D im stoked, thankyou again!!
@@Arttea I’m also on PS4 I don’t know if that makes a difference
@@geektasticcrafts2537 20 plans in 15 minutes on the same character? Oh my goodness that is insane! I mean it, totally unheard of! You are very lucky my friend 😄 Don’t let the devs find out haha
I wonder if the drop rate differs across platform, that’s the only different piece of data that I can see here.
Don't forget that mobs also have a chance to drop furnishings themselves👍
Anyone can recommend plans that is marble themed?
Hi Im a bit late but… are we already on cooldown even if we just found a green furniture plan?
Greens and blues do not drop on cooldown - this information has since been updated in more recent videos and in my pinned comment
how did u get a backpack? :o
Nunchuck, me and a few buddies have nicknamed it nunchuck
Okay so I did two deadlands portals in a row and got two furnishings plans in a row within 20 minutes, was it because I hadn’t done them before ?
Nice! What were the colours of the plans? Cooldowns are colour-specific, so you may get a blue and a purple back to back since they do not share a cooldown
@@Arttea let me get back to you, it may actually be a furnished and crafting motif let me see
@@Arttea yea nvm it was one purple furnishing and then blue furnishing
@@Slynozn ah gotcha! glad I could help clarify that for ya!
@@Arttea could you remind me, if I get a furnished from let’s say a dragon drop in Elsweyr, can I get one from the dailies there in the same 20 hour time frame or is the cool down for the whole zone?
Hey Arttea, how do you walk around with the torch out??!!
That is actually the default walk from the "Treasure Hunter Personality" - it makes its way into the crown store from time to time!
@@Arttea Ahh, okay thanks deff gonna keep an eye out for it.
if you get a green plan does the "timer" start or can you still get a blue/purple plan?
My understanding is that there are separate timers for each colour, rather than just one global cooldown - many thanks to those that commented and shared their experiences in the comments of this video! :)
So if you were to get a green plan, you will be placed on a cooldown for being able to pick up another plan that is green, but you still have a chance to grab a blue or a purple.
U r now my new best friend. And I haven't met ya lol
Thnks
Sweet
i have more luck illicitly aqquiring them than legally in eso ;p
In my experience there is no cooldown on furnishing plans. I looted 3 purple ones back to back on one character last night. So I would definetly not confirm the cooldown theory
Are you certain that they were furnishing plans and not just other purple items like motifs or books or recipes*?
Yes, they were two purple furniture plans from leyawiin. But the chance of this happening is once in every blue moon...
I am talking of two different plans. And from different containers.
I believe the cool down only applies to purple designs. I have found more than one blue at one time and blues and greens. But I have never found two purples back to back without waiting for the assumed cooldown.
The same cooldown applies to farming Vvardenfell motifs. There is 100% a cool down on those.
