Since 2011 until today, Platinum Egoiste is my favorite fougere in the barbershop category. However there still are many great fougeres out there that I haven't tried yet.

It’s a timeless classic!
Not barbershop smell but one of the best ones in my collection for freshness would be pure musk by lattafa. Since i started collecting niche almost all fresh mens fragrances smell like lemon to me.. neroli, bergamot and all those i feel lemon. But pure musk gives me a laundry kind of smell which i cant get enough and all the ladies around me tell me i smell fresh! So... Give it a try! I usually wear it at the gym where that kind of fresh smell hits home!
