- Hi there!
Welcome (back) to my channel and thank you for dropping by :)
Here is the very first one of my planned basic beading technique videos! As I wanrt to upload more advanced tutorials for my own designs I think it's best to give you some basic information about common techniques. Ofc it's not necessary to watch them but maybe helpful for the best outcome! :)
All of the shown earrings are currently available in my shop (at the time point of uploading this video)
Feel free to ask questions or leave feedback! Like, comment, subscribe if you feel like it!

Thank you so much! I really want to make tutorials that are super easy to follow along so I will keep on trying and improving! ❤️ If the earrings are too expensive you also have the option to buy beads from me - those are much cheaper of course and you can use them for your own jewelry. Just wanted to let you know! I appreciate the feedback very much! 😊 Have fun with your projects!
They are all fantastic fancy earrings ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much! I appreciate it 😊
Im so glad you make these tutorials. I did learn something new. The whole brick stitch thing...loose or tight. I like tight better! Also how to add rows. I didnt know that. Again, you do beautiful work and I could only hope to be as good some day ❤
That's so awesome! I am glad I was able to help you out 😄 there are always sooo many things to talk about! But I think I covered some of the most important things 🙂 Thank you for watching ☀️

I have been interested in learning about jewelry making and after numerous videos over the past week, this has been the clearest and most easiest understandable tutorial I have discovered! You are an amazing teacher and you work is absolute beautiful. I can't wait to continue viewing all of your lessons! Thank you so much.
Thank you so much! I am glad you find my tutorial helpful. I try to post tutorials on the regular basis whenever I have something to teach. 🙂 So maybe you will find more helpful videos! People can also leave input on what they want to see if they spot a design they are interested in and things I am trying out myself or that I am playing around with. I wish you much fun with your beading projects 🌞
Enjoyed your instructions as well as you helpful tips. Yes, I would like to see a tutorial on Fringe. Your work is beautiful!! Thank you for taking the time to give us these tips and hope to see more of your tutorials. Oh, I like the tight bridge better than the loose. That has been one of my problems when making this type of earring.
Yes! I always start with tight stitches! Otherwise some beads just stay wobbly - so annying! So glad I could help! By now there are two fringe earring tutorials available on my channel. I may make another one for the fringe earrings which have those metal cube beads along the finding. Don't know whether people would be interested in those 🤷♀️ it's always hard to decide which tutorial to make next 🙂 please enjoy and thank you for the kind comment!
Thank you for spending time to show
your fans how to make some of the beautiful pieces of art that you make. You do an excellent job of teaching and making it easy to follow along. Your studio is amazing. Again, thank you for your time.
That's very kind feedback! Thank you! As the creator I ofc see all the things that are not quite right but improvement takes time and I actually find making videos quite enjoyable. Tbh I didn't know how I would feel about it and it's so much work. But it's awesome that people find this helpful and like my content. Thank you for taking the time to watch and comment! 😊
I really enjoy your videos.

I prefer the tight bridge. Thank you for your tips in this video. They are very helpful.
Yes, I pretty much always go for the tight one. I don't get it why people would go for the other ones - but it really is just a preference 🙂 glad you enjoyed my video!
Gracias me encanta hacer los flecos y nunca he podido pues no tenían la caída que quería quedaban muy recto, he pagado profesoras, cursos y nunca he podido conseguir, gracias a ti ahora sí he podido y me encanta, gracias por compartir tus conocimientos eres un sol

Your video is perfect!!! New subscriber.
Thank you so much! It means so much 🌞 see you around! ❤️
I would love to see a tutorial on adding the fringe, especially how to get it to hang nicely- do you prefer Delica or Miyiku 11/0
Awesome! I will make 2 tutorials 🙂 one for fringe earrings with findings and one for fully beaded earrings. They are going to be the next tutorials I post.
I personally prefer Delica overall, they are my standard bead type I work with. They have larger holes which is handy for fringes as the thread will have more space in there and I find those fringes to be more flexible. Miyuki rounds have smaller holes but also more weight. I find it easier to get a straight fringe with those. In the end it's just about preference - which shape and colors you like better. They both have disadvantages and advantages for fringe earrings. Fringe earrings mainly need practice to get them right 🙂
It all has to do with 3 things, tension, thread, and waxing
I love your tutorials very much! 36:57
I am glad you enjoy them! I am still working on improving them! 🙂❤️
Maravilhosos!
💚💛💙
Thank you 🌞❤️
Beautiful beautiful work!!
What thread do you use for your fringes?
Thank you! 🙂 I will upload tutorials for fringe earrings next. I usually use 0.15mm nylon thread - Nymo. I only wax it sometimes when it's absolutely necessary
Hello....you obviously put a lot of work into this video, and thank you! I would love it if you told me what size miyuki demi beds you used for the last delicate design of black and gold on the edge of the metal hoop please. Were the gold beads size 11 demi beads or size 8 demi beads?
Those golden beads I used to bead on that finding are 11/0 Miyuki spacer beads. You can also use 11/0 Toho demi rounds but they are a little slimmer. I usually prefer the Toho demi rounds but I can't always get the colors I need so I also have a few Miyuki ones 🙂 Thank you for wathcing and commenting ❤️
Hello and thank you for all these great techniques! Quick question: where would you attach your earring hook for the cube beads with Demi round design please? 😊
I would make a bead bridge with 15/0s or I would place a tiny jump ring in one of the demi rounds. I show the 1st option in the Simin earring tutorial. My next video will show a new earring design where I put jump rings into 15/0s so that I can add chains. But I would only do this with lightweight earrings. Both options are possible 🙂 depends on your preference.
@@bafflingbeadsat thank you can’t wait to see your new video! 👌✨
The earrings you are make ,are you using 8/O's for the brick stich ?
When creating diamond pieces I found I struggle with putting the last single bead in place without making it flip on its side, yours look amazingly straight any tips on the bottom point of the diamond without it flipping over on its side pretty please xx
Sounds like a tension problem. On the 2nd Friday in May I will upload the tutorial for similar fringe earrings. My small Luano ones. Maybe that video will help you. But to me it sounds that if your bead tilts to one side that you pull too much in one direction. And also check whether both threads are on opposite sides of the bead. If they are both directly at the back it will pull the bead to the back. Rather place them on the right and left-hand side a little to the back and then it should even out :) and then they are a little hidden away, too.
@@bafflingbeadsat Thankyou babes x
@@bafflingbeadsat Arh yes, I’m going into them from below rather than beside, which would flip them Thank-you gonna check that video out thankyou babes x
What software package do you use to create your designs?
Your designs are so beautiful and tutorials are so easy to follow.
Hi 😊 I don't use any specific software. I sometimes use Inkscape (it's free) to create bead graphs for both myself and also for my digital downloads I sell in my Etsy shop. That works quite well.
I also try out new patterns and designs in Inkscape sometimes before I try to physically create them. I do rough sketches on paper. That's all 🙂
I am glad you like my tutorials 🌞 thank you for being here
@@bafflingbeadsat Thank you.
hello, thank you for sharing this beautiful video.. i can't find Toho Cube beads in Turkey, where did you got them?
Hi, I don't disclose where I buy my beads but you can find Toho cube beads 1,5mm on Etsy and also on perlesandco.co.uk . That's what I found with a quick Google search 🙂 I hope that helps. I only buy beads online as it is usually a lot cheaper than buying from physical craft stores. And thank you ❤️
@@bafflingbeadsat thank you so much my friend 🥰
What size/type of bead thread do you use for the seed beads?
I use both Miyuki beading thread as well as Nymo thread - depending on how flexible I want the jewelry piece to be
