Man this girl has 0 idea how much I adore this tutorial and her teaching. There's not one other SINGLE video I've found like this one. Like, she's ACTUALLY teaching me.
Right?? She teaches every step of the way and repeats the steps for them to stick with you, and includes the issues you might come across as you do the project yourself, and how to solve them. Super neat.
Sorry to be off topic but does someone know of a way to log back into an Instagram account? I was stupid lost the account password. I appreciate any help you can give me!
I actually wasn’t looking specifically at making a pair of fringe earrings. However, I keep seeing this pair and my attention is continuously being drawn to their beauty! They’re, simply put, STUNNING! It’s not just the color palette you chose nor the just the style that draws me. It’s the combination of the two put together and using the brick stitch. Thank you so much for the share. Teri
I DID IT! Finally, I DID it! I wanted Fringes to match my long summer dress! I followed your instructions i-to-the-s and now, I have my own fringe earrings. I didn't have wireguards though, so I made a beadloop. Thank you.
Just wanted to say that this tutorial is SO helpful and your voice is so soft and kind. You and the earrings you made in the video are so pretty. I hope life is treating you well
I just re-watched the tutorial, to refresh my memory on decreasing the triangle by starting each new row with 2 beads, going under 2nd thread bridge, etc. I always enjoy watching this video because it reminds me to be calm and centered while I create beadwork.
Hey girl. I wanted say thank you for teaching and helping learn. This is most decolinzed thing can do for natives and people and it's amazing . Seems now a days everyone is in competition for nothing much love and respect
I am 50 years beading, was taught to brick stitch by Elder Mary Thomas from the Shushwap Nation in BC Canada. I tuned in to see how you are doing and learned something new. Love your little video and that you don't make knots (that is the old ways), been a long time since I beaded, and you are so smooth at this that I think I might just make a pair of earrings again. So I like your video, but the music could go though. lol
the most beautiful fringe beaded earrings I have ever seen. The sparkle is amazing . Thank you so much for doing this in-depth tutorial, I did wonder how the threads were finished off. This is an excellent tutorial.
I have been beading heavily since 2014, and learned everything I know from youtube, and i have learned so much from this video. I never knew how to do this reducing of the brick stitch or working with graph paper, and your analysis of the colors is awesome. You fill in my gaps like a real teacher. thank you!
Kwe...This is AWESOME!!!! I've made standard jewelry before for years, I joined a beading circle to make MMIW red dress pins with Flat Stitch, I'm making hair clips and for my little girl's Hair Bows...I've fallen in LOVE with the peace it brings me calming my ADHD and My OCD! LOL It actually WORKS!!! I'm always 10 steps ahead in my mind so I thought "Hey? let's explore!!! I'm loving the way you teach and the time sped up helps my brain process and NOT GET Bored! That's sooo important with my super busy brain! My little girls and my older nieces and my eldest daughter are watching this process and are intrigued! I'm PRAYING they want to start too! Your videos are TOTALLY going to be on my list to help me teach them and myself as we go through this AWESOME part of our Connection to our Heritage and Culture! Wishing you many many Blessings and KEP THE VIDEO's COMING!!!! thank you! At 52 I'm starting this! LOL family are saying such positive things, It's really started out to be this amazing journey, and I get to teach all about great grandmother and her ways and her funny way of saying things! My youngest LOVES hearing about what she calls "The Old Back Days" LOL thank you for helping make this journey with us a great one! We'Lalin Kris Mte'skm & family Big Giant Hugs
Wasn’t able to learn the brick stitch until I saw this video. Watched several tutorials but starting with 4 beads in the beginning was a game changer! Thank you!
I always come back to this video if I need a refresher. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us. This is such a wonderfully made tutorial!
I come back to this tutorial from time to time to refresh my knowledge, especially if I have not beaded in awhile. This is just an excellent video on the entire process of designing and making seed bead fringe earrings.
I'm extremely thankful for you and to say I appreciate this tutorial is an understatement! I've been wanting to do beading projects for a while now, but I'm not very good at following instructions even when shown through videos. Stitching beads together was confusing. I recently got a bead loom but decided that it's best to learn the basics first to build the foundations. I plan to make fringe earrings in the future, but went ahead and used your tutorial to figure out the brick stitch using seed beads that I haven't been able to successful figure out yet. Thanks to your thorough explanation, I FINALLY successfully completed a portion of brick stitch! I normally don't comment on youtube videos, but I strongly felt the need to say THANK YOU!!
I came across your tutorial and I can't wait to start. Unfortunately it is exactly 2am so I will start later today. I already have a lot of beads. Thank you for explaining this in a simple way!
I'm joining the crowd to tell you how good this video is, and it's not just because of the excellent instructions! Your voice is soothing and wonderful to listen to. The music is calming, yet motivating. I did my very first seed beading project based on this video, and I am SO SAD to see that it's the only video on the channel! I'm hunting you down on other platforms so I can support your work. Thank you for starting me off right!
Thank you for such a detailed and yet easy to follow tutorial. You're a phenomenal teacher, explaining both how and why things are done. I can't thank you enough, and I can't wait to try these earrings.
This was an excellent video. I used this to make my first pair of fringe earrings. I watched sections of this several times to help me. I will refer back to it again. I'm pleased with my earrings. Think I need to work on the tension of the fringe though. Thank you very much for the outstanding video!
Love your description of the color combinations. It truly gave me more ideas and helped when I have been the one that thought "green and red are too christmas". Opened my eyes on that. Very well done lovely, thank you for sharing your art ❤
Gorgeous work and an awesome, patiently made tutorial! One thing I like to use with that kind of threat is Thread Magic, or Thread beeswax. It helps stiffen the thread a bit so that tangles are less, but it still remains flexible to work with. Also helps keep the fibers tidy.
Please give us more! Your tutorials are so good not to mention your beautiful designs. Are you going to give us more? Thank you for the wonderful Fringe earring tutorial. Your cause is awesome. I love to help or support anyone with your cause. Thank you so much! Jen
I'm late in the game of this video but you beautiful and I like your voice and how you explained everything to help me with a new interest. Thank you for being online for me to discover! Keep going! You probably won't even see this comment but I hope you do!
I came here thinking I was going to slap together a pair real quick because they looked easy to make but after watching this video I have found a new respect for this style. Thank you for your tutorial.
You got it going on Lady, these earrings are beautiful and your demo makes its it easier to understand, than reading. Your design looks sturdy & secure. Thank you
I only found your tutorial today! I have made lots of brick stitch but started them in a different way. Much prefer your method! And your design is lovely!
I really appreciate this. I was doing fringe earrings in the nineties. It is so relaxing and can increase your mathematical skills and focus. Thank you and keep up the good work!
Thank you for this tutorial. I'm new to the bead game and I got ahead of myself self and bought too many items on Amazon that I probably don't even need🤦🏽♀️. Thank you for all your wonderful advice and well-explained tutorial.
This is an amazing tutorial. I love the details mentioned and your voice is beautiful to listen to. I am just starting out with beading and am grateful for your help.
Thank you for this wonderful tutorial! I have been doing the brick stitch for about a year, but always looking to learn something new. I like your technique.
Great tutorial! I make sterling silver jewelry and want to compliment it with beading and color. Have come back several times to watch. Thanks for posting!
Thank you so much for this tutorial!! I always wanted to learn beading but it looked like magic and impossible to learn, but I watched this video and tried it, and I actually was able to follow along and I did make one!! It wasn’t remotely as bad as I thought it would be after a rough start lol. Now I have the second one to make!! Thank you!!

Very good tutorial! I made MANY of these earrings 20 years ago - but you had some very good suggestions and I appreciate that! I also wanted to say how much I love your tattoos. Thanks for a wonderful tutorial - 💜☮️💜
It was so difficult for me to larn this. And you just made it seem so easy thank you so much for this tutorial you are really kin MB d person Can you please make more videos im hooked!!! These earrings are so pretty.
Thank you SOOOO MUCH I started beading a couple months ago and have yet to finish my fringe section I have been putting it off but you answered all my questions that have been floating around for awhile! 😮💨 I can’t wait to wear my soon to be NEW PAIR OF EARINGS!!! 💅
Ben a long time since I have done brick, and ladder stitch. I love the colors you chose for this tutorial. I am putting together a steampunk Mulan outfit and the colors match these earrings exactly. Love that deep green with some rose gold, and cream. It looks really rich looking and you did an amazing job! Kinda scared to try it because it looks really tough. Loved this video! You're really nice and very informative
Thank you so much for taking the time to create this video tutorial. Your energy is so calming and I loved the descriptions you gave of the colours pairings ❤️✨☺️
Absolutely amazing video. I came across your video after wanting to try making my own fringe earrings and I'm so glad I did! So informative and easy to follow. Thank you so much!
Hi, your teaching skills in this video is perfect. From explaining what we need to how we do the beading is brilliant. Also the link to the graph is great. Thankyou so much ❤
Beautiful! I tried using nymo for the top part out of laziness but it was too soft for the brick stitch, so I used fireline for it instead. Thank you for this tutorial!
Awesome tutorial!!! You have a great speaking voice and explain things very well. Thank you so much for posting. I appreciate your tips, finally made my first "successful" fringe earrings! Looking forward to your the next one. :)
You showed me some great modifications to brick stitch I'm looking forward to using. FYI, I add the leverback earwires directly to the wire guards. After I thread the wire guard the first time, I thread the hole in the leverback and put it in place. Saves wear and tear on the earwires and you no longer need pliers. You can continue to pass through multiple times without issue.
I am so grateful to have found this video, I love how calm your style is, your choice of colors are so stylish and your energy is so soothing! Thank you so much for posting this ♥️🙏🏽
Absolutely gorgeous design, so thankful I ran across your video. I’m a beginner but you make it so easy to follow along to. Thank you!! Looking forward to more!
Very nice tutorial. The only suggestion I have to make is that you show more of the smaller details. For example the point at the bottom of the fringe using 3 or 5 beads would be nice to see how it looks. You mention them and then just finish the fringe without a close up of the triangle of beads at the end. Also, for those who want to see up close it is easy to just pinch up the video to see bigger view. That really helped me as a newbie brick beader.
Thank you! I've slowly been expanding my skill set and beading has been on my list. You've presented an easy to follow video for this newbie! I'm rather excited for some rainy weather to keep me indoors and creative!
@@peterbain6054 I found quite a few sources for beading graph paper for #11 seed beads, but UA-cam won't let me copy the links here. Just search "graph paper for #11 seed beads" and a bunch will pop up. Hope this helps!
These are beautiful!!! I did a lot of bead weaving about 25 yrs ago. Sadly my job and home life got more attention. But I think your video has inspired to maybe I will give it a try again after I get my eye (cataract) taken off. I subscribed so I won’t miss a tutorial!
Thank you so much! Most comprehensive and detailed I’ve seen. I do have 1 question > the yellow or pearl beads how do you figure how many you use on each fringe?.
You are an excellent teacher! I was shown how to do beaded fringe earrings several weeks ago, but I needed a refresher on some steps. This tutorial was perfect!
Sometimes the bugle will cut through the thread after awhile, so putting an extra seed bead before your turn will protect that from happening. Beautiful work. I have never tried the wire or the guards before, but I will now. I usually use 6 seed beads to form a circle and start from the top. It is nice to learn what others do. 🙂
Thank you for showing us your way! I am working on a project for my 8 year old niece. Making her a Harry Potter themed bookmark! I made the bulk of the project on a loom, and I’m going to use this technique to finish it off and make it fun! So thank you again!
Man this girl has 0 idea how much I adore this tutorial and her teaching. There's not one other SINGLE video I've found like this one.

Totally agree 👍

I just love her earrings that she has on in the video.😊
This was just what I was looking for! Thank you! I was wondering about other people cutting the thread and you explained it really well. ❤
Absolutely gorgeous earrings, and a great tutorial! I love your idea of 3 beads on the ends
This is an amazing tutorial. I love the details mentioned and your voice is beautiful to listen to. I am just starting out with beading and am grateful for your help.
Hi
Thank you for this wonderful tutorial! I have been doing the brick stitch for about a year, but always looking to learn something new. I like your technique.
Great tutorial! I make sterling silver jewelry and want to compliment it with beading and color. Have come back several times to watch. Thanks for posting!

Amazing tutorial. Thank you for not gatekeeping and sharing your knowledge!
I've been considering getting into beading, and your video is by far the most comprehensive and explanatory I've seen. Thanks so much for posting it!
Hi Dear!
Thank you for talking about Colour Palette as well, I appreciate! 😊 👍
Me too I was thinking it over, since I was playing around with Make Up and Jewelry.
I agree some Combinations remind on a certain Season, but than using Forms you can even have another Season from it, esp. blue and white as well as Red and nude - depending on what Forms of Appearance you use can both go for Summer or Christmas! 🤔
I started to go Tone in Tone for Decades, but now I am often into Opposites from the Colour Wheel and I have my Theory that the Main Opposites stay for Areas or even Undertones, maybe:
❤️💚 Europe and Asia, Fertility ( 🌹 Flowers, Gardens)
💛💜 Africa or India, Beach Wear (Light and Shadow)
🧡💙 America as well as Islands, Seaside and Underwater 🐟 🐠 🐡
The stronger / darker the Pigmentation of the Colour, the more I want to call it Evening Wear, also for darker Complexion, also makes you look more mature or masculin / unisex (take care).
Besides that, certain Colours are reminding on Jewels, like: 💛 Citrine, ❤️ Ruby, 💚 Emerald and 💙 Saphire, also 💜 Amethyst - if you combine with White for Diamonds, it will always give a classy Feel to it. 😊 👍
The lighter / Pastel the Tone, the more it is Daywear for me, Spring or Summer, sophisticated Princess Style, girly, even "Virgin", Mother and Child and fit for blond Hair and Light Complexion. 🙂
I love your Result, it matches you pretty well! Very good Idea to do the personal Earrings that fit your Complexion and your Hair and your Personality!!! Thank you for that Inspiration. ❤ 👍
Very good tutorial! I made MANY of these earrings 20 years ago - but you had some very good suggestions and I appreciate that! I also wanted to say how much I love your tattoos. Thanks for a wonderful tutorial - 💜☮️💜
I almost gave up doing these errings until I found your video, by far the best tutorial. I love your technique!!
It was so difficult for me to larn this. And you just made it seem so easy thank you so much for this tutorial you are really kin MB d person Can you please make more videos im hooked!!! These earrings are so pretty.
I LOOOOOOVE how you did your eyes SO BEAUTIFUL the colours pop your eyes they’re so exotic
Ew.
Those are an absolute work of art! I love those earrings 💗
You have a talent for describing precisely what you demonstrate. Enjoyed your video!
Thank you for taking the time to make this tutorial and share. What a lovely human being you are! 💛
Thankyou so much ❤
This is an excellent teaching video to learn to construct fringe earrings. How lucky I came across it!

YES. This is dope and so helpful. And usually when I find good instructional I don't love the model they're making, but these are GORGE. Thank you!
I am so grateful to have found this video, I love how calm your style is, your choice of colors are so stylish and your energy is so soothing! Thank you so much for posting this ♥️🙏🏽
Sis, you are too cute. Great colour pairing tips. Thanks for the time and effort to teach this nice craft 🧞♀️
I really wish you would make more videos. I know it takes a lot of time, but one every few months would be awesome.
i just did these and they turned out beautiful and light weight
Thank you so much for this! Perfect tutorial in every way. God bless you and I hope you're able to come back and make more videos soon.
Absolutely gorgeous design, so thankful I ran across your video. I’m a beginner but you make it so easy to follow along to. Thank you!! Looking forward to more!
Absolutely well done and educational. I hope you do more videos. You definitely have a talent for informative and functional education. Thank you.
Thank you so much for such a comprehensive tutorial.
I cant wait to make mine.😊
Very generous of you, to share your time (this took a lot, I know), your special skills and your heart. Thank you.
Thank you for this great tutorial. The earrings are gorgeous and I can't wait to make them.
Beautiful work, It was nice to just sit back and enjoy watching you make that!
Hi beautyfull
You are so right about color and texture. I see so many tutorials with flat colors color choices. Really pretty earrings.🐯
Your tutorial was so helpful to me, easy to follow and clearly explained. Thank you
WOW Thank you for the fire idea to get rid of the straggle string.. xoxo just made my day!
I love the the tutorial and the earrings and the channel awareness you are trying to spread! 💜
Please make more videos about earnings like that ♥️♥️I love it
Thank you for your time! The background music is really calming as well!

Where is the link for graph paper plz
@@peterbain6054 I found quite a few sources for beading graph paper for #11 seed beads, but UA-cam won't let me copy the links here. Just search "graph paper for #11 seed beads" and a bunch will pop up. Hope this helps!
Very clean and lovely. Your work is as pretty as you. God bless.
Your tattoos are captivating...just beautiful..
Thank you for this tutorial ❤
These are beautiful!!! I did a lot of bead weaving about 25 yrs ago. Sadly my job and home life got more attention. But I think your video has inspired to maybe I will give it a try again after I get my eye (cataract) taken off. I subscribed so I won’t miss a tutorial!
absolutely stunning workmanship. I would live in these earrings. please please make more videos please.
Omg! Those are so pretty, I just love the colors you used.
Great tutorial! I really appreciate that you covered everything including making your design on paper! Thank you!
LOVE your pallet. Fun tutorial and new to me trick for the bottom edge. Cheers!
Thank you for such a lovely tutorial. You’re a great teacher!
Thank you for showing us your way! I am working on a project for my 8 year old niece. Making her a Harry Potter themed bookmark! I made the bulk of the project on a loom, and I’m going to use this technique to finish it off and make it fun! So thank you again!
You're such a talented, beautiful and generous lady to share this with us. Thank you. I really enjoyed the video.
Wow, they are SO beautiful. The colors you chose are stunning. Thank you for sharing.
