It's going to get interesting seeing how well Mew Ex operates in a deck with or without Mewtwo Ex. I'm not sure that dropping 150 attack will be worth it 🤔
I saw that card soon after I finished the stream. The ability to choose which card gets brought back is crazy. Hopefully, it's a translation error, but...
Leaf has way more potential to make some of the higher retreat cost walls viable. Whereas Blue is probably too niche at only -10 to see much widespread play outside of very specific decks. I've seen people trying compare him to a reverse Giovani, but the thing they always miss is that offense is way more valuable than defense. Blue really needed to be at least -20. That Vaporeon is absolutely sick though and will push Misty decks even further over the top. I was pretty excited when I first saw the new Magmar, but then I zoomed in on the discard cost being 2 and all that excitement was immediately crushed. I just down't see it being even the slightest bit viable without support from Moltres EX. It really should have only been a single discard cost which would seem fair compared to Ninetales having 10 more HP and damage at the cost of needing to evolve. Dedenne should be amazing. Pikachu EX decks already want to flood their bench with basics, and at one 1 energy to paralyze Dedenne also provides the opportunity to slow the opponent down while setting up that bench. Could maybe also see some play in Dragonite decks for anyone who didn't get the promo Jigglypuff. And the potential to stall something like a Mewtwo or Charizard while also building up chip damage before bringing in another Pokémon to finish it off should not be underestimated.
Considering Greninja was a standalone aswell, I believe they leave it at Snivy for now. Mayhaps we will also see a standalone fire starter of a different Gen in another booster series, until we get a full set of starters like in GA
I can't wait to use my Mew's Genome Hacking to copy opposing Mew's Genome Hacking.
If it’s like ditto, then unfortunately you can’t
lol mew + Sabrina = best deck in the game?
The Great Genome Hacking Conspiracy
23:33 It's not a rumor. Brock, Misty, and Gardevoir all work with no energy of their type in the energy zone. I see no reason why eggs won't.
Small editing issue between 18:38 - 18:53! Slipped through the cracks 😂
9:17 "If Misty loves you so much"
I felt that brother🥲
I say it far too much, but it does be true 😆
My f2p only has 1 mewtwo ex with 2 gardevoir but if i get lucky pulling 2 mew ex, gonna test them altogether

More than likely right. Although there were 3 other starters lines with Greninja, but it's still a long shot, we get all of Gen V.
With the snivy greninja was the only starter so far

Will there be cards rarer than 1 stars?
i cant wait to use mew ex + mewtwo ex + gardevoir deck
tbf, Ditto is a failed Mew experiment
Mew is a stretched out Ditto 🤷
That magmar is a trash card
Very much so. It's such a weird addition by itself.
