After cutting hundreds of them, ya start looking for easier ways to get it done.
Mein gott in himmel, you have a machine for everything! But how many Eley cartridges do you go through??
Their one of my favorite cartridges. I like to stock up. I'm thinking of putting a 31cal eley can kit together.
Like a reel loader for fishing line, or a coil winder! Do you have different lead screws and fly heads for different width ribbons?
The gearing advances the cotton tape by 3mm for every turn of the winding mandrel. This allows the maximum number of turns on the mandrel while keeping the tape flat. Changing the mandrel size will change the cut ribbon length up to 5 inches max.
